Above and beyond. Staff and service were awsome. Bar is reduced options but happy hiyr is good offer. We booked the suite as our farewell night after 2 hrs living in Tucson. We had 6 big suitcases and needed to repack some stuff. Size of room was more than expected and we'll worth the rate!

Our room had a couch that had spilled paint all over it, a chair that was completely torn up and drapes that had a substance that looked like blood splattered on them. The shower had no door so you stepped out onto a lake of water upon finishing your shower. I would have made a bigger deal, but we were only in our room for a short time.

Beautiful hotel with a good pool and great breakfast buffet! Rooms were spacious and clean. Only downside was you have to pay for internet/wi-fi which we didn’t expect since it’s typically included with hotel stays. Despite that, we would stay here again.

Clean establishment with a professional staff that really know customer services. Breakfast was delicious where we had to go for seconds. We do not drink, but did notice the live socializing at the bar area that looked like a nice relaxing setting.

The "Club" lounge coffee machine was broken for a day. And instead of providing appetizers there, the hotel had a dinky menu where you were limited to just one item (i.e. some french fries) and one drink which were served in the dining room. The breakfast buffet was not much better than some of the bargain hotels. One would expect more of a Sheraton. On a positive note, our suite was spacious and had plenty of countertops and shelves which were very helpful for organizing our baby stuff.

It was clean but couldn’t get room cool and pool was closed

Things were good was very tried and went right to sleep but the light in bathroom was broken, not working but other then that I’d give the hotel about a 3 stars

The room was ok. Carpet was dirty. Property overall just is run down. I would not stay here again.

La habitación es muy espaciosa y limpia, es uno de los mejores hoteles en lo que me he hospedado. El área de la alberca es familiar y agradable. Algo que tomar en cuenta es que en las habitaciones no hay wifi, solo en las áreas comunes.
