I can't say enough wonderful things about Hilton Vacation Club Varsity Club Tucson. This past week, while our son was admitted to the hospital, my husband and father-in-law rented a room here so we could stay close by. What we thought would simply be a place to sleep became a place of comfort during one of the hardest weeks our family has faced. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and game room, and the free on-site laundry was such a thoughtful convenience that brought a little normalcy to our days. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every person we met was kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond for our family. A special thank you to Jarod, Mark, the wonderful young lady at the front desk (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name), and the housekeeper who patiently waited outside our door until we returned. Your kindness meant more than you know. To everyone else I may have missed, thank you as well. During a time when we were worried about our son, you made us feel cared for, supported, and at home. We will never forget your compassion. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. ❤️

Love this hotel ! We try to stay here whenever we are in Tucson . It’s our favorite hotel. Safe , clean and quiet .

Nice and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are fully furnished and with all appliances you need for family… refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and dishes/plates for your dining…😀

Room is clean, and spacious. Even located next to the bus stop, did not hear any voice from outside.

The room was pleasantly spacious and, overall, very clean, though there were a couple of things in the bathroom that could be improved, such as the bathtub was leaking and they should make sure everything is in order.

This is out favorite property to stay at while we are in Tucson. It is in the middle of the city so it does not take long to get to most places. The property is clean and kept up very well. It has security at night that patrols the parking lot, so I was never worried about anything happening to my vehicle. The staff from the maids, to the front desk staff are all helpful and friendly. I was always greeted with a smile. The suites are fantastic. I heartily recommend this hotel for any stay in Tucson

Entering the room, everything appeared to be fine. Because it was a handicap room, everything was lower, which was OK but the mattress squeaked every time you moved causing not good sleep! The shower flooded with water going all the way up to the toilet and water even went to the front door, and the thermostat was not easy to use for the AC. Overall, not a good experience.

Wonderful hotel! Largest hotel room I have ever encountered at a very good price. My only complaint was I had a lot of traffic noise but I think that was an individual room issue . It’s a big place my room was just one near the road. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a wonderful mix of luxury and amenities. Loved the pool and my kids loved game room.

The rooms are clean and the staff goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel!

Stay was good, rooms are great, and grounds are pretty nice Wish there was food or lounge. Not sure if they are going to bring back the convenience market, but not having it for my stay was a disappointment.

This hotel was so nice! The accommodations were clean and updated. The rooms were spacious and were perfect for our family. The staff was kind and helpful. The fitness facility was nice with good equipment. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is undergoing renovation so they are trying to keep it operating during the remodeling. The staff is very friendly, the pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained.

The location is great! The room was super clean, comfortable beds! And location is close to alot of restaurants and cute shops! No complaints

Everything was fantastic

I wish I had known that it would be under construction. Jack hammers, construction noise, the smell of paint, smoke detectors going off. When the smoke detectors went off I tried to call the office 3 times to see if it was really a fire or a test. The staff was rude except for the blonde woman when I checked in. The woman who checked me out was incredibly rude. I guess I was interrupting her TV show. House keeping staff was friendly. Will not be coming back.
