Everything was phenomenal

The pool, sauna, workout room, safety, peaceful atmosphere! Location to everything! Zoo, planetarium, restaurants, airport, church! You all have earned my loyalty for Tuscan! I’ll see you all soon!

The ac wasn’t working at all would not recommend.

A fairly old property but consistently one of the nicest hotel options in Tucson!

My stay was good, clean place ,quiet, helpful staff, and the Breakfast was great, from the restaurant inside the Hotel,

I lowered my expectations.

The room was clean and the pool area was nice. There was a QR code to order poolside from Javelina but it didn’t work so I had to go down there and when I told them they didn’t offer to bring my order to the pool even though they didn’t have any customers. Otherwise pretty pleased with everything else.

My experience wasn’t the best . Ice machine was were down summer weather not good . Pool was dirty ants were horrible we got bit at night pool was dark no lights . Roaches all over the pool . Room was clean . I wouldn’t stay they need pets control .

First room we were given was in the older part. Front desk staff was very accommodating & moved us to a different room in the tower. Room was spacious, clean, & very quiet. Hotel & breakfast staff were very friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Tucson. It’s a lovely property, and I was treated very well; they even upgraded my room when I arrived. All the amenities were there, everything I needed. It was very was clean and well maintained, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I recommended it highly!

100% sure I got food poisoning at the Javelina restaurant. None of the ice machines work and most of the exists/ entrances off the property into anything but the main lobby are closed with chain link. Kinda ghetto.

very quiet in the non tower rooms. clean, great bathrooms with window

I would not recommend getting a room that’s not in the tower. They had to move us as soon as we arrived due to the room being extremely hot and having bugs. The tower rooms were so much better with central ac. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The employees were very nice and friendly, only complaint no free breakfast

Nice Hotel, nice gym, nice pool beside the gym. No Bar, it was closed. No continental breakfast. Restaurant (s) are attached to hotel. Small store at the end of the hotels parking lot. Staff were helpful.

Second room was excellent. First room A/C was broken. Moved to another room with no complications

We were are to pick the oranges

Breakfast was a bit pricy, got excellent advice from staff re options. Would stay here again.

Room was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was made to order.. very good. Pool and hot tub nice as well.
