Got a good nights sleep. It ain’t the four seasons but it was a good place to stop for the night.

What intrigued us was the helpfulness of the staff, even to the point of looking for a step stool for my wife to use. Due to health issues with her hip, she had difficulty negotiating the height of the bed. We do appreciate their attitudes, and hope it stays that way. Definitely consider staying there again.

Place was the best place we stayed on our 15 day vacation. Sheets were so soft. Yummy cookies upon check in. The pool and jacuzzi worked. Everything was great

Or, I was so tired from traveling that I didn't really notice the details. I did do my laundry though and appreciated that.

Erica at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and took the time to answer questions. My seven year old son loved her and drew a picture for her. Spa and pool were extremely clean

It's an average facility that is reasonably comfortable, and clean.. Could address some cosmetic issues

I really appreciated the paperless checkout process. Every Hotel should have this available. I didn't like that the pool was slightly off to the side of the hotel. Because it's AZ and the heat levels that rise during the summer months, this hotel should have an indoor pool.

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean. They had 24 hour hot coffee available. The location was good. Pet friendly. They has a some space for dogs to do their business. The staff was friendly. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The water could hardly go through. We were there only for one night so we managed some how. We don't eat meat and there was ham in the omelet. So only option for us was boiled egg which I don't like. We called at night to get extra soap bar for hand wash since there was only one soap bar for bathing. No one came to give the soap. In the morning I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. There also I had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes since there was no one at the front desk.

Convenient location

A very clean facility. Rooms were fresh with comfortable beds. Hot tub was HOT not Luke warm. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but that is fine, better than a granola bar and a coffee. Overall a nice property given its location right off I-10. Great place for parents visiting UA.

We had a great stay. The property was very well appointed and staff was awesome especially Jackie at the front desk

Breakfast was awesome the room size was good and very clean! The only thing, when walking in our floor the 3rd floor halway had unpleasent smell.
