Reviews

The room door wouldn't open sometimes, so I got locked in a few times, and the location isn't ideal. There is a homless park right next door.
-
There's a $150 deposit, beware of charge at front desk during check-in
-
Would recommend. Very close to Univ of AZ campus which is ideal for parents dropping or picking up kids.

The floor was filthy, so that the bottoms of our feet were black after taking a shower and walking across the floor. Large areas of the floor were sticky. Ice machines did not work, and we were directed to the neighboring bar to get ice. It was Pride Karaoke night, so I suppose no one cared that I was in my pjs and robe. No breakfast, although the property advertises their free breakfast. We listened to the TV and phone calls of the room next door well past midnight. Internet was so weak that it would barely connect and, once connected, wouldn't work and then disconnected. Front desk staff were helpless. It was inexpensive, so that's something, but I would never stay there again. It used to recently be a Best Western, but has deteriorated severely since then.

Little larvae worms on the floor, only one TV channel, very cold thermostat too low.

I was a little nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but I ended up having a really good stay. I was there all weekend, and it was comfortable and quiet. The only thing that sucked was that breakfast wasn’t included anymore, but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

It is an old property that has been painted recently. Our door was sticking pretty badly from that. The TV service was not good, it kept saying that the subscription was expired. There was only a little water in the water feature which invites mosquitoes to lay their eggs. The ice machine wasn’t working. The receptionist was very kind and helpful but again, it is an old property that needs a lot of work.

How nice the price was for the room I had The spa didn't work
-
Good location..helpful staff..and a very nice room. I recommend
-
Place is affordable and clean, however my room basically lacked electricity. There were places to plug in my devices but no power.
-
I love the location and establishment. The floors could be cleaned so when I walk around in my white socks they do not turn black and all but two days of my stay I had to call/go down to the office to get room supplies that housekeeping neglected. I found that former annoying and the latter unacceptable.
-
Unfortunately no microwave and didn’t clean it made bed when out somewhere then returned room didn’t do anything at all

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. I was able to park in front of our room. Bumsted’s is next door and has excellent food. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice.
