Room had roaches . Decided to check out

Good

Great location. comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Privacy. Continental breakfast has been temporarily discontinued. Couldn’t adjust the thermostat; it was a bit too warm at 70°. The laminate flooring was cracking upwards a bit, next to the bed.

Nothing. The young lady in the office very professional, that was all we liked. Dead bugs in the room, the sofa bed was full of food crumbs and the AC leaked onto the bathroom vanity when turned on

Ease of registration.. Ground Floor Room as requested.. TV Picture was excessively Dark- Unable to Brighten.. TV Remote worn to the point of difficulty with the buttons... VERY Limited "Entertainment" Channels vs. Plethora of Shopping Channels .

Close to downtown Toilet handle seemed broken

It was the nicer place right by some friends and friends of friends, who don't stay in the nicest of areas... I didn't like being called a homeless penniless bum basically, by the evening lady who menaced me with a baseball bat for checking my text messages real quick near the entrance.....how rude and condescending. I don't care what kind of junkies are nearby, that was BS .

The property is in an economically poor region with many transients at the bus stop by the main entrance.

Unfortunately they move me 2 times after the first room was dirty bed undone and more then in the second one all of sudden all the lights when off even ac third room was good the girl in the froon desk was very polite and got us a nice room after everything else was good

The hotel is not in great shape but the price was right. The walkways are crumbling and the fountain was dry but the rooms were comfortable enough with some somewhat recent upgrades, a working AC and TV. Couple issues with the bathroom, water filled soap/shampoo bottles and a small roach nest under the wash cloth on the soap dish holder and in the corner of the ceiling, nothing we couldn't work around and not the best of visuals.

That it’s cheap Came in door was stuck had a really force it open lie down to take a nap. There’s blood on the sheets made a call to the front desk advising them. Nothing was done. Got no answer. Called and asked for a late checkout was told. Yes I could check out at 2 PM next day was woken up multiple times by cleaning services. Got a call from the front desk saying I should’ve been out of there already, and then I was going to get charged extra when I talk to the person at the front desk that I spoke to somebody last night about late checkout they told me they have no record of me requesting it and told me they would be charge me extra if I didn’t leave within 10 minutes was given 30 minutes to leave

The flat screen tv. House keeping came and knocked on our door to tell us we had 2 minutes to leave.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, helpful staff, good location.

I have been staying in a few hotels in the Tucson area for work as I am a traveling Technologist and I must say this has been the worst thus far. The area was traumatizing, the Ice machine did not work. The front desk person's first words to me was " there is a $150 deposit. When I was given my key, the front desk did not even show me where the room was. When I arrived at my room I had to force the door open with my shoulder. Multiple nights I observe a lot of activity in the room below my room.
