Well I must say the pillows were the best thing about my stay. But the bath tub was not cleaned. I had young kids (2 & 5)with me that take baths but were forced to have to stand and take a quick rinse since the bath tub was gross…

They were able to check me in when my flight was delayed and coming in at midnight. Very accommodating and friendly service.

TV didn’t work, place was very dirty, no internet, food purchased in store and restaurant was spoiled or passed expiration date, there was no pamphlets in the room about what’s in town to see, restaurants to try, department stores and malls etc that were close by , doesn’t except cash, and to top that some employee stole my engagement ring and the necklace that my mom gave me. If you call 911, the operator said that I would have to file a report online which I did not have. They made me pack all my stuff up to move into another room. Door lock doesn’t work. The safe in both rooms didn’t work. Maintenance guy came and checked safe and said okay you’re all set. I said please let me check it. It still didn’t work. It had the original batteries in it. Now that had directions on it. This place is not maintained by anyone that has any experience, but show up for work. I have been trying to go home. I couldn’t get any internet. Even the front desk clerk that was on duty on Monday July 27 th tried and tried and finally blamed it on the App. When I finish typing I will try to figure out how to get home.

Just one night but room and service were great

La habitación confortable, puede mejorar la cama, el colchón en específico.

Room needed some updating and there were some small stains here and there but the room was still spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful and responsive to things. Overall we had a decent stay.

Very comfy and clean. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Rooms are a bit outdated and need some freshening up but it was a comfortable stay and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

We definitely would not stay again!
