Great room, gorgeous pool area, awesome bar, nice fitness center. Very pleased

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful. We didn’t have enough towels for three people. Two large towels 2 face towels and two hand towels. We asked for more. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the view and comfortability of the room, breakfast was really good, and the staff was very nice and accomodating Someone tried to open my room door on the last day, before I checked out. It concerned me a little since it was still around 8am when it happened

The front desk could not find my booking reservation again!! I had to rebook and the next day they charged us 509 dollars for a vaping charge and I don’t vape. They charged me 500 517 and 179 twice.

The room was spacious and the location was good Reception staff was friendly and attentive. However, the housekeeping staff does need to be trained regarding cleaning expectations. In the four nights we stayed, our room was never vacuumed once. I even left a dirty tissue in the middle of the room to see of it would be picked up and it was not. Half the towels were removed (and not replaced), the other towels were left on the floor. Dirty glasses were never exchanged either. Bathroom was never swept. Twice, I had to go to reception to ask for towels(and to mention the lack of cleaning) Bathroom tub was also very dingy.

Check in was quick. Lobby and hotel was impressive and inviting. Room was clean and modern. Ordered food from the onsite restaurant and was delivered to our room quickly and tasted great.

Great location and affordable. The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived but there is a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was your standard hotel breakfast but was a little pricey at $20/person.

The staff were very friendly and kind to me and my family. Great views from the balcony.

Ice machine only worked on one floor. Lobby & elevators had strong unpleasant smell. Limited dining options nearby. Rooms were nice.

Lower than 68 and still didn’t cool down the room to the desired temp. Other than that it was a nice spot for a weekend getaway and visit to Tucson.
