Lots of great entertainment, friendly staff and great location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The bartenders make great cocktails. The bed was very comfortable. Wish the shower water pressure was a little better. It's very retro, so there are no televisions in the room. Although it absolutely does not bother us, cause we sleep like babies no matter what, be aware that. The noise doesn't stop until the parties do around 2 a m. Even with a closed window, you may as well be outside. We don't mind at all, but l'm sure some people would. Oh, and there's no elevator access.

Great staff, iconic, interesting Smoking smell in the room Very very very loud until 2:30AM Limited food options when arrived at the hotel around 8pm Bathroom really historic

Went specifically because of it's historical relevance, not disappointed. Period correct rooms. We really enjoyed the Jazz Monoche music at the Century Room. Pa.rking was super easy close to the hotel and economical We could have stayed longer and continued the fun!

Convenience and easy access in the middle of town. Modern amenities well maintained and clean Nothing to highlight

We loved the old-world charm of the hotel. It was an older place but had plenty of charm and history. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. The bathroom got a little warm due to the old style and design of the room. You need to leave the bathroom door open for the A/C to help cool it down.

Unique room and loved the space. Nothing.

Close to the concert venue we were going to. The room was comfortable. Breakfast at the Cup Cafe was exceptional. Noisy, the hotel was doing work in the lobby over night.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was only for one night but everything we needed/ wanted was right there. Restaurant. Bar. Night club. Entertainment. All in one place! We also like the layout of the room and the historical information/ artifacts that was in the hotel. The restaurant not being open later. We were there for a show at the Rialto and were starving by the time we got back. The restaurant was closed by the time we returned. But, we did eat there in the morning.

Neighboring night spots were a bit noisy. The clubs within the hotel were very well sound proofed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Cup Cafe is outstanding, with an exceptional staff. Help with luggage or an elevator would be helpful. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be convenient.

Staff members Melissa, Matt & Perry were exceptional. I was able to arrange for the haunted tour with Melissa and it was well worth it. I loved the location downtown, so close to everything, and especially the broadcasting studio in the lobby. Great radio station! The room was comfortable and cute. Also the cactus garden is a nice bonus. They are very up front about the club downstairs, and the noise level. Some nights, even in the quietest room, you can feel the vibrations of the music until 2am. And for the inner garden rooms, your only view is out into the cactus garden, and if people are out there, it’s like they’re in your room with you.

Location was great for seeing an event at the Club Congress or Rialto The toilet was very troublesome to flush. I would have to try at least 3 times with every visit to the bathroom. The room has a placard that says they give you 2 cans of complimentary sparkling water. When I asked about it, the staff said they were out of it. But they didn't offer other bottled water as a substitute. You still have to pay for the $5.00 bottle of water in the room's minibar.

The vibe, the history behind the whole place, the decor. Beds were comfortable. The floor upstairs and the stairs themselves made my kids a little nervous, and myself considering the creaking, not being level, feeling a few sunken "holes". But, considering the age , it was to be expected. No soda machine.
