Hampton Inn Tucson Downtown

Great downtown location and nice clean property. Easy walking distance to restaurants and music.

Stayed for a night and it went well with a few issues with the staff and check-in. Came in Friday at 2:00 to do an early check-in. The young lady told me there’s not a room an available and to come in 1/2 hour. Came back 1/2 hour later and so with the same young lady and she told me there’s not a room available. Didn’t say anything more. Another 1/2 hour goes by and I ask if there’s a room available and the man said there’s not but he would check for an eta. He eventually came back to me 1/2 hour later to tell me the room was available. Why didn’t the first person check with anyone? The next morning we went to the front desk to ask a question and the same young lady was working with another lady. The young lady was busy showing a video to the other girl, didn’t acknowledge I’m standing there and both ignored me until they were done with their interaction. The other girl eventually ask what I needed. Bad service from the same staff remember.

Beautiful pool, and really festive. Breakfast spread was great with lots of time to eat and secure parking. Room was clean bed was comfy.

We weren’t able to sit outside the pool area because it closed at 9. It has a nice view

Nice property good location and great amenities such as gym, laundry and pool. Lobby, hall ways and elevator floors were dirty was surprising considering it is such a nice property. Elevator was the worst. Room was very nice and clean and upgraded!

I enjoyed the rooftop pool, a lot of the guests would come out and cook food on the grill. The hotel is located in a very centralized location so everything around was very walkable. There's a Korean coffee shop that sold really good matcha lattes and even better fried chicken for brunch and it was only a 5 min walk from the hotel. It's Called HeeMee's Bakery and Coffee shop!

Great location, awesome pool, nice expansive breakfast with lots of protein, room good size, beds comfortable! Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hotel was very nice, but it was just too hot outside. We would like to return when the weather is better.

Outdoor pool was small, a larger pool would have been nice.

Super clean, my go to when in downtown Tucson but, the pool is only 3ft and the elevator is slow and you need the room key to operate it. The room keys card reader hardly reads! Several other guests had the same thought. I'll keep staying there though!

It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. So clean, so updated, everything functioned perfectly and it was quiet. I could not ask for a better experience.
