Hampton Inn Tucson Downtown

A good location. Spacious room. The bed was too soft for my liking.

I like that the parking was so easy with their own garage. Comfortable stay at Hampton in.

Exceptional

Excellent stay and very clean

Location I requested bedding to be changed and it never was changed. When I asked again, they only brought up sheets and said they forgot.

Hampton is Hampton - always good place to stay even if for a one night stay to see Weird Al. Check in was fast, friendly and easy. Room was well maintained. Nice short walk to the Tucson Convention Center. Only amenity we used was the typical well stocked Hampton Breakfast with friendly helpful employees.

Thank you

Reception staff were rude. Three different ladies were not kind. Not clear with check in times. Arrived at 3:20 to try and get an earlier check in, but couldn’t due to no rooms available, which is fine. But, don’t promise a check in at 4pm and give the room at 4:15pm. Besides this, the room was spotless and the cleaning staff was really sweet.

The breakfast was okay. And hotel key cards almost never worked for parking, had to keep pressing the “press for help” button.

was a little disapointed at the front desk when I was having trouble logging to your Wifi. Th girl said they had spelled my last name and she told me to use the misspelled name. Never did get wifi.

Superb

Paying for parking

Room was nice, comfortable bed. Elevator took a few attempts to figure out

We did not like the location, not comfortable walking around in the evening. Not alot to walk to in a reasonable distance. No microwave!! We could not heat our leftovers!

Superb

Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location.

Breakfast was good, pool is amazing, hotel was clean. Breakfast staff was very nice but front desk was lacking… not very friendly or helpful at all.

The breakfast staff - one woman in particular who has worked there for some time is so wonderful and welcoming.

Great location, hotel is clean, staff friendly
