Our family stayed here for a wedding. It was very convenient to walk across the street for the ceremony. The property was perfect! The parking garage was a nice addition to not worry about finding parking and made our stay so convenient. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The hotel was in a good location downtown, and the breakfast was really good.

All staff were excellent! Helpful, polite, and friendly. Breakfast was good and location was convenient. In my reservation, I requested a room away from elevator, on an upper floor with view of cathedral and pool. Instead, we were assigned a room just across from housekeeping and the view was a brick wall - literally no view at all. Also, the noise from room directly above us in 419 was extrememly disturbing (sounded like furniture being slammed against a wall, pounding on floor) for hours. It began before we even went to bed and woke us up several times. We thought it was just a one off wild guest, but it continued the next day so we requested a move to a higher floor with a view of the cathedral, per my original request. Front desk staff was apologetic and happy to oblige. He was kind and courteous and we appreciated his assistance. Also, the AC was having intermittent issues, making loud noise and not cooling at times. The lobby and lounge was also having AC problems and they were working on it for multiple days.

Location was okay. My thing is service. They ran me around before they offered to print out my boarding pass. They stood there being cool. No, wasn't demanding, a Karen. Do people really bring their personal agenda into the work place? Isn't that actionable? Doesn't a toxic environment destroy a good atmosphere? When they did finally print out my boarding pass, the person behind the counter, young man with a mustache, stood there and held my pass, trying to decide if he was going to give it to me. I had to ask him for it. He smirked the entire time. No, I've never stayed there or know anyone there. I pretend to know something about someone, five minutes after I've met them. If I had to , just by behavior alone. Education is the central issue.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! We stayed in a room where we had access to the courtyard with the pool and it was fantastic! We had a patio with chairs and a table. We loved the grounds! The breakfast was good. It wasn't a buffet... it was to-order with wait-staff and all. It was pretty good. No change in the menu from day-to-day. The only issue was that the bathroom was quite small and the water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. Overall, a great stay!

Stayed for a night and it went well with a few issues with the staff and check-in. Came in Friday at 2:00 to do an early check-in. The young lady told me there’s not a room an available and to come in 1/2 hour. Came back 1/2 hour later and so with the same young lady and she told me there’s not a room available. Didn’t say anything more. Another 1/2 hour goes by and I ask if there’s a room available and the man said there’s not but he would check for an eta. He eventually came back to me 1/2 hour later to tell me the room was available. Why didn’t the first person check with anyone? The next morning we went to the front desk to ask a question and the same young lady was working with another lady. The young lady was busy showing a video to the other girl, didn’t acknowledge I’m standing there and both ignored me until they were done with their interaction. The other girl eventually ask what I needed. Bad service from the same staff remember.
