Clean room helpful staff close to downtown

Very nice property, and close to everything downtown. Only 10 minutes from UofA. Great hotel!

The hotel and breakfast were very nice. The only reason I would not stay there again is the location. There is nothing to go to, restaurants or stores close by and walking distance. The area I don't feel very safe a lot of homeless begging.

When I arrived the hotel, the staff said that I could either find a parking on the street or pay $25 for one night. What a joke!!!

Better directions from the parking lot to the hotel specifically on the second floor.

Hotel was great, breakfast is great, location is great. Although everything was great, the pool was small, but I I think I understood the concept of just to chill at the pool rather than full swim. But that is also good for kids.

We booked this so we could enjoy the fireworks on A mountain. The pool area got overcrowded. It felt like people were bringing big parties in that weren't hotel guest. 3 big groups were saving tables (unoccupied by the way) and utilizing the grass area, leaving other groups with no place to sit. We will not be using this hotel for 4th of July again.

From the check in process to the check out process everything went smoothly. Staff were incredibly helpful. It was a perfect stay for the 4th of July!!

To be honest, I have no memory of this trip, staying at Home2. I always have an excellent time at this hotel chain, so that is why I have given you all 10's. I took Amtrak from Ft. Worth to Tucson and all I remember is most of the early part of the Journey. I was suppose to stay at the Home2 for several days and take the train back. I obvious got on the train back so this is what I was told, In Ft. Worth the Paramedics put me on life support before I got off the train and stayed in ICU for three days and a step down room for three more days. I woke up the end of the second day in ICU. with no memory of the entire trip. So as of now I still only remember 2/3 of the first part of the trip. What happen is up in the air, Heat Stroke or Food Poisoning I am scheduled for more test this week. My concern is the Paramedics believe (?) I was unconscious and a bloody mess for many hours. Why wait till my stop, many fair size cities an route, two big one Austin and San Antonio. My wife called Amtrak 12 hours + to see if they could contact the train because she could not reach me. Amtrak said they could not. I find that unbelievable. Enough said, thanks for listening.

I wish all hotel locations can be as clean and as pleasant as this location. My family really enjoyed all that this property has to offer.

So bery comfy and breakfast food is good..
