The Leo Kent Hotel, Tucson, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The housekeeping knocked at 930 asking when we were leaving. Not impressed with service

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Parking was easy. Nothing lacking. always a great experience.

Good location right next to restaurants as well as only a 3 minute walk to the Convention Center.

Exceptional

The building and room were very clean and well maintained but the staff was not attentive. Front desk had only one staff member and while she was on the phone for some time, a line of guests waited for her to get off of it to check in/check out (we were asked by staff at check in, that it was required to check out in person at the front desk before leaving, so we had to wait a while). Valet staff do not greet guests or even look up at all and are rarely at the podium/stand. We had go back inside to ask the front desk staff in the lobby to fetch them almost every time in order for us to be able to get our car after paying $40 a day for valet service. The other alternative option offered was $32 to park it ourselves.

One of the most well kept hotels we have ever stayed at. Room and bathroom were absolutely spotless.

The gazpacho at the restaurant is excellent, but the ahi tuna wasn't that good—I didn't really like it. Everything else was great, though.

Exceptional

The property is just a few minutes from the highway, very easy to get to, and was extremely spacious. From the moment I pulled into all the way to checking in, the staff were incredibly professional and very easy to work with. Not to mention the downtown scene is not even a minutes walk once you head outside.

The room was very clean, quiet and classy. They even have a safe you can use in the room. There's a coffee maker and mini fridge in the rooms, an ice machine on every floor, but no microwave in each room- just downstairs by the restaurant and "snack shop". The staff are very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is expensive, but good food and very relaxing being low lighting settings at night time. There's valet parking and room service.

Close the location for our concert Got Food Poisoning from the guacamole, not a lot of fun sitting on the toilet and Puking in the garbage can in our room all night on the 17th

I really enjoyed the staff and restaurant. I think for the price, it wasn’t worth it. The shower was small, the shower head had a lot calcium build up. There was also a bandaid on the fire alarm. :(
