The Leo Kent Hotel, Tucson, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The staff and hotel were excellent! I highly recommend staying here.

What a fabulous hotel. Every member of the staff we encountered were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Valet Service was great and super easy to request our car when we needed it again. The food was amazing! Both my sister and I really appreciated the bench in our room right as you walked in. We would sit and take our shoes off there and it really made a difference for us. The refrigerator in our room was really cool and roomy. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a quick stay at the Leo Kent in September 2026. The facilities and staff were excellent, especially the front desk staff and valets- extremely nice, helpful people. The neighborhood is filled with museums, galleries, theaters, shopping, and boutique restaurants, most of which are closed on Monday, so plan for that. Everything we did was enjoyable in the Presidio/Downtown area where the hotel is located. We had a queen room with a pretty park view that was nice, but a little tight. There was a little traffic noise from the main streets below so I would request a higher floor. The chairs, waste baskets and armoire were remarkably small for a room that sleeps 4, so I am adding a few pictures for your review. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the climate control was perfect. I think the photos provided by the hotel are accurate, so give them a look. One hint- do not accept room 513. The bathroom door was not installed properly (level and plumb), so it doesn't close and the fixtures were also installed crooked. The make-up mirror only reflects the shower, because it swings out crooked as well. Maintenance can probably correct it all so I am posting it here. We checked out quickly, or I would have shared it with the front desk. They don't know unless someone tells them, right? Now they know :) We enjoyed this location very much- it is close to all of the attractions, but just far enough from the University of Arizona to be a quiet and comfortable destination.

The housekeeping knocked at 930 asking when we were leaving. Not impressed with service

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Parking was easy. Nothing lacking. always a great experience.

Good location right next to restaurants as well as only a 3 minute walk to the Convention Center.

The building and room were very clean and well maintained but the staff was not attentive. Front desk had only one staff member and while she was on the phone for some time, a line of guests waited for her to get off of it to check in/check out (we were asked by staff at check in, that it was required to check out in person at the front desk before leaving, so we had to wait a while). Valet staff do not greet guests or even look up at all and are rarely at the podium/stand. We had go back inside to ask the front desk staff in the lobby to fetch them almost every time in order for us to be able to get our car after paying $40 a day for valet service. The other alternative option offered was $32 to park it ourselves.

Great stay

One of the most well kept hotels we have ever stayed at. Room and bathroom were absolutely spotless.

The gazpacho at the restaurant is excellent, but the ahi tuna wasn't that good—I didn't really like it. Everything else was great, though.

The property is just a few minutes from the highway, very easy to get to, and was extremely spacious. From the moment I pulled into all the way to checking in, the staff were incredibly professional and very easy to work with. Not to mention the downtown scene is not even a minutes walk once you head outside.

The room was very clean, quiet and classy. They even have a safe you can use in the room. There's a coffee maker and mini fridge in the rooms, an ice machine on every floor, but no microwave in each room- just downstairs by the restaurant and "snack shop". The staff are very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is expensive, but good food and very relaxing being low lighting settings at night time. There's valet parking and room service.

Very nice property. Being right next to the Fox Theatre is awrsome.
