noise was horrible

Man was very helpful on the morning we arrived, we could leave our bags and gave us ideas where to visit. Noisy traffic.

The king sized bed was very comfortable, pillows were soft, and the large tub was great. Booking needs to add descriptions of what hotels are like. This hotel doesn't have an elevator so if you have bad knees, good luck getting your bags up two flights of stairs. The food is way overpriced. And the hotel sits in the middle of a party zone til 3 am, which is great if your a 20 something but I'm not.

The property has an outside bar with a stage. The noise level was so high that the window was vibrating and sleep impossible. This was on a Thursday night and ended at 1:00 AM.

I enjoyed the haunted aspect and the lobby was cute!Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The noise level. It wasnt explicitly stated in the booking.com page. Nothing against the hotel, they were up front when we arrived about it. Kind of ridiculous the hotel can't accommodate parking costs but they were low enough to not be upset. Nightly rate was higher than I anticipated without having any amenities and the noise until 2am. No refrigerator, no microwave.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant, Cup Cafe was very convenient, the staff was attentive and efficient and the food was incredible. The shower was small, had very little pressure and couldn't quite decide if it wanted to give you hot or cold water. I've stayed in enough old hotels to know that's pretty part for the course. Also it is a bar Ina college town and Saturday nights can be a bit loud and rowdy. Biput again par for the course.

Loved that it's right across the street from the Rialto Theater... Didn't like that the concert was on a Monday and we couldn't stay longer...

staff 100% friendly,helpful,knowledgeable rap music loud and late (but if we were out there dancing would have probably loved it……we were certainly forewarned as at registration one must acknowledge “we are a noisy hotel”……maybe have earplugs next time but all in all we love! Hotel Congress!!!

This is not just a “loud” hotel—the rooms physically vibrate from extreme bass from 6 PM to 2 AM. The noise made it impossible to sleep, and by the end of the night it caused nausea. The description is misleading, as this goes far beyond typical noise and makes the room unusable for rest.

All of it Only 1 key for room. Sharing was hard.

The cup restaurant, except it needs to open @7am instead of 8 am also should have coffee for early risers Smell like sewer, and bathroom was too small

Full of history and flavor. 250 for a night is insane pricing even for a nice place like this. May you be judged as high as your prices are.
