This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk was aggressive for no reason with me and the other people needing service and actually called the police for no reason for the couple in front of me in line. . She was the one out of line and should be fired. I will never stay in Tulsa again or travel through Oklahoma again. She was awful. I actually want to know that she was fired. I like Best Westerns normally but this was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel ever. Please call me if you need confirmation. I don’t complain normally but Best Western needs to make a correction.

My whole stay was great. I wanted to get the room for another night, but the front desk clerk said that the price would be more than what we paid for the first night. I learned that I should book all nights at the same time through Expedia. I did not stay another night. This was the first time I used Expedia. I really like it.

The room was down stairs and I could smoke. Nothing

Toenail clippings on floors, Stains on bedding, Mold on A/C units, Deadbolt on door gone.

The people and service was excellent

Old place, the recliner was old and stained, sheets had stains, room stank, the AC did not work. I was in Tulsa for a conference, I checked in around 1am and left within the hour, conditions were poor, I left to another hotel.

Let's be real it's in a rough area and it's an older hotel but with that said it was clean and the staff was appropriate. Bed was comfy, ac worked good, and it was quiet at night. If it wasn't for the extremely fragrant room I would have given it a higher rating. It wasn't a bad smell just WAY too much good smell.

Nice place the employees are great

It's an old drive up motel type. Breakfast is definitely not top rated, powdered eggs and generic sausage patties, dry cereal and cheap muffins. Sleep is a hotel's business but the mattress was so uncomfortable and the light from outside so bright that sleeping was difficult. Surrounding neighborhood was sketchy, and lots of sketchy people staying at the hotel also.

You get what you pay for. That being said, the room was comfortable, and we slept well.
