Nothing They didn't even have a room, tried to charge me extra. Then tried to charge me full price for a room with no ac. Total joke.

Or emote for your tv. The staff ask for a cash deposit then keep it. Lots of undesirable people there.

Nothing Rooms was trashy

Had no vacancy after I paid. And will not refund my money

The the support person I got at hotels.com seemed genuinely helpful and he tried to contact the manager/owner of the hotel to “see if they would waive the cancellation penalty” but was told they were too busy to talk. He assured me that they would make me priority and even though this sort of thing can take up to 72 hours, he’d try to get it done in 24-48 hours. It has been 24 hours and the status of the refund is still pending. I’ve receive multiple emails from Hotels.com and OYO hotel requesting feedback (I assume these are automated mailings), and I will give appropriate feedback when the matter is resolved.

Don't Do It!!!!!! are NOT clean and safe.They also no matter what agreements. You have evrn Travel insurance DOESNT MATTER OYO will rip u off no refund or deposit back. DEPOSIT???? there are Bullet holes and cig. Burns all over. Stains and holes all over sheets and curtains even had bullet holes. I will be posting the pictures on EVERY PLATFORM I can. THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD BE CALLED MORE. METH HAS BEEN COOKED IN THE ROOMS DUE TO ALL THE METALS BEING BADLY RUSTED AND THE SMELL !!!!!

Nothing They don't put 50 dollar cash deposit on the information.. paid for the stay but refused to not work with me on the deposit and now I'm screwed out of my money

I got DNR because I moved a table in my room.. Seriously!!!!

Expedia app charged $41 and when check in time, the staff charged $19 (cash only).

So they didn't honor the price Expedia gave they were stains on the sheets and bed beds I got bites all over where my hood and sweats didn't cover feet hands and face

Nothing worked no remote for tv vending machines didn’t work. Needed shuttle to airport was told I had to reserve on line couldn’t find that anywhere even called motel and asked about shuttle and they said nothing had to call taxi. They don’t have to worry about me staying at a oyo anymore

They’re was people fighting inside and out of the Office while I was trying to check in and then the lady told us hold on proceeds to leave lock the doors and we had to wait 25mins for a guy to show up so we left!

I was refused a room when i got there u guys cancelled room cause it was 144 for 2 nights and yall wanted charge more meth out attendant even tried sell me a room on the side it’s on camera how I was treated and I will be leaving google reviews with video.i hope no one ever books a room wit u guys in this drug invested area.

Went to Tulsa for Black Wallstreet with several people and booked room's here for the weekend. We traveled for 16 hrs on motorcycles and showed up to check in to find out they had given our rooms away just to make extra money due to all of the hotels in tulsa area being sold out. It left us stranded and pissed since we literally could not find another hotel with rooms avaliable. This was around 1am, thankfully we were able to find a hotel that had some out of tulsa area and we got charged double rates for early check in. This hotel screwed me over in more ways than one i dont recommend them to ANYONE

Despicable conditions

This by far was the Most terrible Hotel I have ever stayed in. From the office to the bedroom was horrible. Water linking from upstairs room, no towels, roaches. Doors would NOT LOCK, no key to get into room. Dirty floors. We had to spray for bedbugs. Hotel office was filthy and dirty. Totally disgusting two night stay. I am requesting a refund.

Never stayed there, there was no staff, office closed, there were transients and homeless people, some guy walking his pit bull. I am in process of disputing any and all charges associated with this booking. Why is this place even listed as a viable option at all, it should be condemned!

Nothing at all The hotel was dirty, disgusting and run down the AC did not work. The staff was very unprofessional asking for $50 dollars in cash for their “deposit” that was not clearly stated upon booking this hotel and on top of that their ATM was broken

If we’ve have known. I would have buy camping gear at Walmart and camp out.
