Staff very accommodating. So run down. Just gross. Shower did not drain. Towels thin and very scratchy.

Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only problem is the water doesn’t get very hot but that’s not a big issue.

The room was clean, no bugs, and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the office when I checked in was rude, very rude. My bed was never made. They would turn off the air conditioner when I was out, so I came back to a hot room.

Nothing. They kicked me out after taking my payment for two nights and refused to refund my money or allow me to collect my belongings. And also I have video footage of how roach infested the hotel was. The staff were so rude and jumped to conclusions but it was their customers who they confused for my friends that is the supposed reason for calling the police on me and kicking me out and keeping my money.

Glad it had an ice bucket. Some don't No coffee maker, no hair dryer, remote didn't work

Employees (assuming owners) have no personality. No friendly greeting. Points at sign on wall aggressively to inform you there are no visitors allowed. Interior is run down. Mattresses are hard.

We paid for 2 rooms, ended up only staying in 1. A waste of money.The bathroom in the room that we did not stay in had literal clumps of hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat. It obviously had not been cleaned before we got there. Both rooms had cigarette burns all over the blankets, both rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and the smoke alarm was just barely dangling from the ceiling from the room that we did end up staying in. When I told the office of the issues upon check out the next morning, I was told we should have come and told them and they would have put my mother in a different room, although they had a sign that said no vacancy. In my defense, after checking in, my mom had to leave for work and did not even see her room until almost 11 PM. By that time it was too late to go downstairs and let the office know that she needed a clean room. Both rooms were extremely filthy, but the one that had the clump of hair on the bathroom wall takes the cake. I've uploaded pics of the hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat.
