It was a very quick check in. The property is very well maintained. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Worst stay ever. On the way to my room, I met a man in the elevator so I asked how his stay was, he stated "besides the wifi being out, the pool being closed, much needed renovations, and they had no napkins at breakfast, I guess it's okay." I was given the wrong room number and tried getting into an occupied room, then when I walk in my actual room, the stench was so bad I had to spray perfume in the air flow to try and help, and then I find bugs on the soap dish and continue to look around and find bugs on the mattress! When I told the desk, I was told that it had happened before and I was offered another room like anyone would want to continue to stay there. I emailed corporate and they forwarded it to the hotel management, to which I never received a reply.

The staff is excellent as well. Both Ian and Joselynn (sp I'm so sorry) go above and beyond to make each stay as smooth as possible. Thank you for finding my AirPods and getting them back to me!!

My husband (with 1 leg amputation and recent hip replacement surgery) had a very difficult time getting up off of the low toilet. You might consider placing high toilets in accessible rooms. Also, he chose not to take a shower as the shower bench didn’t fit in the tub correctly. Putting fold down seating in the showers would be amazing as long as they weren’t too low. Also, There was a bit of a smell to the room…not sure what it was.

The check is was effortless. Ian was very helpful employee. You can see he loves his job. Very knowledgeable of the area to offer dinner possibilities. The beds were heaven so soft and warm. . The air conditioning system was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly extra good. A hot meal breakfast. The oatmeal bar was yummy. The bacon and potatoes. Thank ya’ll for taking care of me and my 84 year old mother.

Ian at the front desk was awesome at check in..The only comaint was the pet fee was not known when booked at Booking.com and was not listed on their website. Notified by text hours before check in and after any ability to cancel. Could not be waived but frustrating to see the price jump so much. Booking.com was incomplete on info. Bed was a little stiff.

Location to event It’s old mildew smell, beds bad. Carpet old. Friend complained of itching all night

No closets or any place to hang clothes. the hotel is showing its age

The price and location both were good for our plans. The carpets were all stained and the room smelled musty.
