The staff was great however the over all experience was not. The first room we got in to had mildew in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were empty. The front desk then informed us they were out of everything but shampoo. Then we were locked out of the room because the electronic lock quit working. Afer we got into a second room it too had mildew in the shower and the fixtures were dusty. Additionally the pool is out of service and that is not indicated on the website at all. Lastly we went down to breakfast at 7am and it was mostly empty but what was left had flies. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The first room we got was a king size bed My fiancé noticed the head board was loose as I was sitting on the bed, he told me to get up it was about to fall! As I got up it fell completely off the wall and it was a very large and heavy headboard so we called front desk and my fiancé went got another room and as we get in it the air conditioner wasn’t working at all! So needless to say at that point we just wanted a refund! Went down street to Holiday inn! More money but worth it! Clean all the way around and had pool and hot tub! Where this hotel told us the pool was under maintenance when we got there! Won’t ever go there again!

Comfy bed, breakfast was yummy the few times I took advantage of and the location was perfect to my son whom I was visiting.

Overall it seemed clean but a little older. But there were very bad stains on mattress cover, gray greasy floor on shower and shower handle was broken to where it was difficult to turn shower off and on. Food was good and plenty at 6:00am (opening time) on Saturday but Sundays hot breakfast by 7:00am was almost gone & coffee dispenser was empty. Staff were polite and helpful. I had a very busy schedule so didn’t ask to move rooms. I won’t stay here again though due to dirty bedding and bathroom.

We love staying here. The agreement with a nearby fitness center was why we came back and stayed further away from our event!

One of the elevators didn’t work. Both of the washing machines were not working. The pool was closed and the breakfast on the Sunday was not good because they ran out of food.
-
No pool no elevator mold everywhere broken shower door just gross

Close to the areas we were going to The pool has been closed for at least a year and maybe longer

The Hampton Inn in Tulsa is an excellent place to stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Our room was neat and clean. The breakfast food was good. We had a small dog traveling with us. The designated pet relief area was a bit overgrown, and the waste bag holder was empty. Luckily, we brought our own. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Great breakfast. Overall, clean property and friendly staff. Some issues with broken items that just had an out of order sign on them for days rather than seeming to get repaired (broken back door, broken elevator (1 of 2), pool out of service, broken light in our room). We stayed for 5 days and none of the broken items were repaired during this time. Also our room was never serviced during this time despite the usual every other day policy that was posted, but we really didn't need anything. Otherwise, it was overall a good experience and a convenient location.
