Shape of the furniture was visibly worn. The room was cool and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was very accommodating.
-
The property was very clean and the staff is super friendly, but the breakfast was ok, could have been better.

The young woman who was at the desk when we arrived was awesome. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

Fair stay, located close to hospital

We had a suite room reserved and paid for five days in advance. When we arrived at 1:30 AM, after a long travel day with all our kids, exhausted, we were told that they are overbooked and no longer have the room type that I have booked. So we have to leave and look for another hotel in the area at 2 AM. The lady at the front desk wasn’t super apologetic, but said she will leave a note for the manager in the morning to see if they can give us a refund.

There was a dirty diaper behind the air conditioning unit in our room, room 317 that was discovered on 7/20/26.

i went and tried to get into my room twice and then went back up with the hotel worker and their was already someone in that room!!

Great stay. The only issue was our key wouldn’t work so everyday we had to get it rekeyed.
-
Great breakfast, 1st floor hall had ceiling tiles damaged from a leak that didn't appear to be addressed for the 2 days that we were there and the side door to the bldg was supposed to be key access only but it was unlocked to anyone. Front desk staff was great

Bed was very comfortable and rooms clean.

We dealt with a drunk customer roaming our hall when we went to check in. The police did get called and they handled it. The pool doors were locked 2 hours early from close which caused some family sadness. Key cards didn't work off and on, we had to get new key cards each day we were there. It was very clean and well maintained with some small hiccups.

Front desk staff was complaining about housekeeping not cleaning rooms properly as we were checking in, to the point where a front desk rep walked us to our room to make sure it was “clean”. Just disappointing truthfully.

Clean rooms friendly helpstaff great breakfast
-
Our first room smelled musty and had soaking wet carpet. The receptionist was not friendly in assisting with finding a new room. The new room had a large wolf spider in it and nobody came to kill it. We checked out early.
-
The stafff, good breakfast, indoor pool. The pool water was cold. The hotel is outdated.
-
Nice clean hotel and price was reasonable.

Closed before 7 pm. No information stating there isn't office help after 7 pm. Stole my money. There is nothing to like about the property. The person standing on the other side of the door laughing at me and refusing to open the door and literally lied should be fired. Read above comments.

Was the front desk persons 3 rd day. Check in was a little rough as she couldn’t figure out how booking wit Expedia worked. Took about 30 minutes and several phone calls to get it all worked out. Then she came to our room with another guest and said our room was empty according to their system. About 5 minutes later, she called our room to try to figure out why we were in the room she gave us the keys to. It was a little frustrating and very confusing. After that our stay was just fine.

Unfortunately, the AC was dirty. The bathroom door handle continually got stuck and the door was sagging. The shower drain did not drain, the bathroom exhaust did not work, the showerhead leaked and proceeded to spray outside of the shower. The ceiling by our room was missing a large tile in the hallway and unfortunately worst of all the door key card would not work, went downstairs got it “fixed”, where it then continued to not work. Also, sadly because of these conditions, we ended up not partaking in the continental breakfast or getting water or ice there because we were unsure if it would be clean.
