Bed was very comfortable and rooms clean.

We dealt with a drunk customer roaming our hall when we went to check in. The police did get called and they handled it. The pool doors were locked 2 hours early from close which caused some family sadness. Key cards didn't work off and on, we had to get new key cards each day we were there. It was very clean and well maintained with some small hiccups.

Front desk staff was complaining about housekeeping not cleaning rooms properly as we were checking in, to the point where a front desk rep walked us to our room to make sure it was “clean”. Just disappointing truthfully.

Clean rooms friendly helpstaff great breakfast

Our first room smelled musty and had soaking wet carpet. The receptionist was not friendly in assisting with finding a new room. The new room had a large wolf spider in it and nobody came to kill it. We checked out early.

Nice clean hotel and price was reasonable.

Was the front desk persons 3 rd day. Check in was a little rough as she couldn’t figure out how booking wit Expedia worked. Took about 30 minutes and several phone calls to get it all worked out. Then she came to our room with another guest and said our room was empty according to their system. About 5 minutes later, she called our room to try to figure out why we were in the room she gave us the keys to. It was a little frustrating and very confusing. After that our stay was just fine.

Unfortunately, the AC was dirty. The bathroom door handle continually got stuck and the door was sagging. The shower drain did not drain, the bathroom exhaust did not work, the showerhead leaked and proceeded to spray outside of the shower. The ceiling by our room was missing a large tile in the hallway and unfortunately worst of all the door key card would not work, went downstairs got it “fixed”, where it then continued to not work. Also, sadly because of these conditions, we ended up not partaking in the continental breakfast or getting water or ice there because we were unsure if it would be clean.

The room I stayed in was a King Suite with a pull out sofa bed and advertises that it sleeps 4. The pull out sofa is a twin size and the worst mattress. You can feel every bar on the sofa frame. Not sure how to fit 2 people on a twin pullout sofa bed.

The place is mismanaged. There is no maintenance person available to fix tv. Entry keys did not work periodically. Breakfast was minimal and the area was not monitored. They are evidently understaffed. The manage was constantly apologizing but did not do anything to change things for the better.

We booked a double queen beds. We end up getting a king suite- i did agree beacuse its already late at night . The room is too tight for 4 adults

Marvin was a hoot!! Great time spent with my family in town for my son's graduation. I will say the only disappoint was the hot tub, looks like they had it cemented over but still says there is one on the website when booking. Hopefully that can but updated. I drove 9 hrs and with a torn acl and meniscus in my knee I was ready for a nice relaxing night in the hot tub. But above else I enjoyed my stay.
