    Everything was good except the air conditioner was broke in the lobby and really did get a chance to try the bar or eat there

    This was a great place to stay! Very clean. The bed was comfy.I would stay here again. Don't hesitate when choosing a place to stay! When I checked out the lady was pleasant!

    Nothing! Everything! Alice the night front desk worker was rude as hell, didn’t give us the breakfast coupons for my whole party that I PAID EXTRA FOR and then double charged by card because she doesn’t know how booking.com bookings work. I am STILL trying to get back the double charge for this hotel room and basically spent over $300 for a single night in a total SHIT HOLE

    When I came to the property they told me that they didn’t have any rooms available. But I booked online on booking.com and the lady told me to cancel it and that I’d get a refund. I have not gotten a refund and no one is answering or helping me with this situation. I am out of 98 dollars and I never even got to stay here. Highly disappointed.

    The restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays. That makes no sense to me as a traveler, and I've never found that in any other hotel I've been in. I came back from my day tired and hungry on Sunday to discover that I had to go back out if I wanted to eat dinner. When it was open, there was an incident where I had to walk behind the counter to the kitchen entrance and yell to get someone to serve me and another traveler... after waiting for quite a while.

    2. The charge for a pet was outrageous. 3. It was hard to get into pool area. 4. There was a huge group there using the facilities but not staying there. The pool was too full of people to swim because of the group there. 5. The lobby was filled with people not staying there. It was loud and AC in lobby was not working.

    We didn’t appreciate that the front desk gave us a ‘pet friendly’ room that smelled terrible. We don’t have pets and are not comfortable being in a room with animal odor. They should have told us it was a pet friendly room. Won’t stay there again.

    The assistant manager Dylan was exceptional. Great with us and many other customers. Great with hi fellow staff, coming in on his day off (and his birthday) to cover for a coworker in crisis. He is a great asset to Hilton.

    The quality of the paid breakfast was poor. I usually stay at Holliday Inn but I have Hilton a try on this trip. It was not a good experience. I would try again possibly.

    Breakfast was good. Staff congenial. Clean facilities Elevator was uneven with floor. Difficult to maneuver cart. Lobby had air conditioning problems. There was no hot water in the room. Had tinted my hair and went to take shower and only cold water we were not advised there were boiler problems

    It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Attentive staff, convenient location, large Parking. It doesn't flush the toilet well.
