The entire property was horrible I do not recommend my room had doc hair all over the bed as well as fleas I called management she told me she wasn’t sure of what I wanted her to do she sent a man to my room with a lint roller and vacuum I checked out immediately

The staff are wonderful.

They do not staff well. Arrived, noone was at the front desk, had to call a number and wait b/c it was 10pm. Not good customer service. Said Expedia had over booked and they could not reach us to let us know. Gave us a small room with 1 bed instead of 2 (4 people staying). We made it work but not good and would not recommend. Really odd motel. The location was OK.

Great stay clean room.

Could not regulate the temperature in the room from the air conditioner, the floor was dirty, multiple guests on our floor had animals and you could smell dog urine in the hallway and one night you could smell ozone where they were trying to cover up the dog urine smell.

The room was spacious and they supplied simple home needs (pots, dish soap, sponge &etc)

It served it's purpose. Nothing great. A little pricy for the uncleanliness and the element hanging around. Fitness room and the laundry room shared an entrance and both were dirty. No water in the dispenser in the fitness center.

The pictures did not match the condition of the rooms at all. They weren't terrible but definitely not a reflection of the photos.

The hotel was dirty. There was food left in my Frige. Saw roaches on the second day there. I will never stay here again.

The room was spacious and tge employees accommodating The coffee bar needs regular creamer.

Pest control problem that was never addressed

Stayed for week for work reasons photos of the property looked good however in person was another thing. Mold on pillow cases, bathroom shower chips and hair, couldn’t get new towels till 4th day.

Nasty and needs a lot of cleaning. Need upgrades. And lots of roaches. The smell of the room is horrible.

The microwave and ice maker was broken. Door security latch was broken. The worker was mopping the elevator didn’t lplace a

The staff were very nice! My smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling, in a plastic bag, and covered in redish brown liquid.

I really had an amazing experience here. I read some of the reviews about the staff, but honestly, they made my stay so amazing! I had a job interview and not only did they ask about it, but they were so nice. My room was clean and cozy and I ended up extending my stay an extra day because it was in a wonderful location. Definitely would stay here again. People kept leaving their trash in the elevator, but it seemed like it would be cleaned by the time I got back on. I checked in on a Saturday a bit later than I expected (though they did call to ask which was nice) and the office was closed so I didn't know how to get my key. Thankfully the on-call staff were able to assist. I think having an on call number near the lobby desk would be helpful, but I'm not complaining because I was able to get in just fine after on-call came in to help.

Great service! Clean and will definitely stay at again

Location Soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo were all empty and nobody was around to fill them. Cockroach in room. Room had weird odor. Halls were very dirty. Security door was open all night. Kitchenette was not well stocked. No breakfast. Could feel springs in mattress on back.
