Wonderful stay eventhough the place was booked. We could not ask for a better stay.

Stayed for couple days. Was clean the staff was amazing. My granddaughter got sick and yes vomited on bed and they was understanding about thier blanket. I will be back. This hotel is by everything, Mall great restaurants yes I will be back

Everything was clean. Staff was kind. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall, great experience.

Check in time was an hour later and I was you’d at 2:30 that there wasn’t one clean room for my family to get into even though our itinerary clearly showed 3:00 as the check in time. The lady at the front desk was helpful enough to call a manager that offered a refund only if I called hotels.com. Once I finally checked in my room was filthy. Unmopped bathroom floors with left over toilet paper, and a substance stick to the front of the toilet that we were later told was “glue”, and towels riddled with short curly hairs. I was told someone would call to make things right but that call never came. There’s a hotel next door that’s far nicer and cleaner, save yourself the trouble.

Fairly clean room. It’s a much older hotel so things look rough around the edges and worn/dusty. The room was ok. The carpets aren’t vacuumed well and large piles of dust in the corners. My family and I and our young children stayed and I had to wipe some things down. A few of the outlets and plugs didn’t work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There aren’t laundry facilities here either. They will charge you $10 for parking unless you give them your email address which was strange. We will probably try a different hotel in the future.

The only lady working had a hard time keeping items stocked when it was busy. She was working hard, but definitely could have used help. Food was good

The staff were absolutely amazing. The property was spotless. This will be my go to when in Tulsa.

Room was spotless. Staff had been very pleasent. The breakfast was good and there are several things to do near by.

Very clean room and extremely helpful staff. It’s located next to lots of restaurants and stores.

It was a convenient location. The staff including the room cleaners were great, went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Breakfast staff also were very attentive and no food items ever ran out!

Our room had a shower/bath combo. However, the body wash, etc. is not accessible from the bathtub level. You have to keep getting up and down on a slick surface to access use of shampoo, body wash, etc. because it’s permanently installed higher up on the wall.

The hotel was great for our quick trip to Tulsa. We were a little bummed about the state of the pool lounge chairs. They were so worn out, we would have been sitting on bars. But otherwise everything else was great for a 2 night stay.
