Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa-Woodland Hills 71st-Memorial

The male front desk attendant in the evening, during our check in, was extremely rude. I asked him a question and he responded in a sarcastic and condescending way a couple of times without really answering the question. I decided not to ask again. It was really incredible to get the kind of tone and rudeness from the first face you see in this chain. I expected better from a Hilton chain. Very dissapointing.

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and nice. She worked with us through phone calls and we were allowed to check in earlier than stated on the internet which helped us out tremendously. We plan to stay here again in the future.

I stay at this hotel a lot and every stay has been great. The hotel is very clean, the complementary breakfast is very good, and the staff is pleasant and polite. One time the ice machine on my floor was broken, but these things happen. This hotel is 5/5.

My only complaints about this particular Hampton Inn was the ice machines on at least 2 floors was not working. The other issue I had was the standard round small toilets in the rooms, rather than a modern larger elongated toilet, which would be much more comfortable.

Emmy and Dejohn were extremely courteous, kind and helpful. Place was clean, and they answered all my questions prior to arrival. If I ever find myself in Tulsa again, I will definitely book here.

One of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at! It is our go to when we want a decent clean place for a quick stay, and this one was one of the best.

The room and everything in the hotel was spotless. The beds are always comfortable. The hot breakfast is always a pleasure. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The queen beds were very comfortable in our room also had a pullout sofa which made the room extra large. There were two people in the room so the extra space was nice. Very very quiet great location. lots of wonderful eating places and shopping nearby.

We ate at the E Black Bear Dinner and bought some gifts for the family. We live ved our room so much. Roomy and the shower was so helpful because I am disabled. It was perfect.. Don and Joyce

We had a great time, everything at the hotel was great!! But there was a creepy guy hanging around the pool for our whole stay

Staff was amazing. The room was awesome.
