Staff was alright. Mattress was hard, huge gap in bottom of the main door, had a door that attaches to the room next door i believe... weird as hell considering it wasn't a strong door and could easily be kicked in, they scanned and made a copy of my ID never had to do that at a hotel like really creepy, had cut outs in the bathroom door so the door wouldn't get hung up on the toilet that was odd, there wasn't shampoo and conditioner guess I got spoiled at my last hotel which had that and had hand soap and lotion which this one didn't, it was hot and muggy inside the hotel and same with my room until I turned on the AC but it was 72 when I went in my room that's to hot for me so I turned on the AC and left for a few hours to let it do it's job, the layout was awkward with the TV being off to the side of the bed at an angle instead of centered, the main door didn't shut unless I put all my weight on the door until it clicked, and overall this was just an odd place to stay and a little creepy definitely won't be back. Staff was cool but the room compared to my last cheap hotel was no where near the standard it should have been plus i had a really uneasy feeling the whole time i was there and couldn't shake it.

There wasn't any breakfast or coffee. I had to change rooms I had to change rooms at 10:00 at night because the TV didn't work. The only thing that saved the day was your on-site manager Wendy. She did everything she could with what she had to work with. I was very disappointed in the overall experience, the hotel is in very poor shape. It looks like it used to be a very nice place but it is very run down. I came to your hotel because of the $49 online price, there wasn't any rooms available at this price. I was desperate for a place to stay or I would have left at that time. Everything could have been better except the manager

The hotel is fine and I didn’t see any bugs or anything, but the air is only cool not cold, there are no amenities including shampoo, and everything is a little flat including the horrible pillows. The WiFi is good and strong though. I think my stay was just really sullied by the fee. I know it wasn’t that much, but I would have chosen another hotel instead of paying this price for this one.

Bunch of scammers. Charge you a booking fee after you paid it online.

Didn't get deposit back bc the sheets were dirty but we didnt use their sheets, they were removed and used our own. Very rude staff and not worth the money or time!
