The beds were comfortable. However, the hair dryer didn’t work and the staff did not pay attention to refilling the amenities in the room and the breakfast room. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk. You had to ring for assistance.

I got no sleep and I had insects crawling on me.

Cops outside when I arrived, walked in the lobby an the place stunk! didnt end up stayin there an couldn't get refunded.

My husband found an old sex toy stuffed underneath the cushion on the chair. No telling how long it's been there... that is so disgusting & unsanitary. I'm assuming the housekeepers don't actually "clean." There was also bedbugs. I killed 2 the first night. Owners were not accommodating at all. VERY rude & didn't even bother to offer us another room or even an apology. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced at any hotel. I woke up sore every single morning. Will never stay here again!! Not worth $100+ a night. Not even close. Spend $20 more and go to Holiday Inn.

The rooms are not very clean. The curtains were very dingy/dirty. The sheets had spots on them, carpet was dirty and the bathroom sink was dirty. I prepaid via Expedia and stayes 3 days. I cleaned it stayed my time instead of hassling a refund but will never stay here again. I will say the the staff responded quickly when the toilet flooded in my room upon check-in. They immediately switched me to another room.

Excellent stay! Breakfast could have been restocked more frequently and quicker but good overall.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. The free breakfast was a joke.

Ac worked great(important when it is HOT), fridge and microwave helped me save money, staff switched me to a king sizwd bed up from 2 queens. Close to lots of shopping, close enough to my venue. Free breakfast was a plus.

The pool The toilet had a cracked seat, the tub/shower was disgusting! There was roaches and spiders crawling in the tub and rusty borders around the tub. The rooms and elevators were very outdated. I took my kids here for a staycation and had to go home each night just for a shower. The breakfast and staff was just horrible.

Hotel located by lots of good restaurants and the staff very friendly. Hotel employee and the other young man made sure we had everything we needed.

I had to ask for linens and shampoos and conditioner. I normally have all that on a trip but that was last minute. I asked 3 times, never brought to my room.

Room had carpet pulled up in corner by bed and mold on floor. Pool heater did not work and water freezing. No TV in room which we received discount for.

Nothing Nothing

This used to be my go-to spot when I came to Tulsa. I’m not sure if the owners changed or what happened but it was not as clean as it once was. Everything was sticky, room was as though it had not been wiped down and everything was muggy and hot no matter how low you turned the ac.

Location and I was able to book last minute. Our first room. The window was leaking like making puddle on window seal. She did move us quickly tho. So that was nice. But the other room had some stains on curtains and pillow cases.

Room was basic which given past stays at sister properties was not what we expected. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector assumingly because previous guest smoke or vaped in room. When told to front desk attendant she said it was ok and she couldn’t take it down because she wasn’t tall enough. Had to call front desk because TV remote did not work to which she brought another remote that was for TV because original remote was for live tv. Attendant left remote in room but said they only had 6 left because guests took them. If you want a basic stay this is your place, we have learned to pay the extra few $ and get something better. Also please look at recent reviews and don’t just look at default sorting in app!

Everything was diry trash on the floor I had to leave within 5min of being there.
