Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

Nice pool, breakfast was ok, and staff was kool

If was my first time visiting Tulsa area. I stopped for the night. The hotel was going through renovations, but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable place to spend the night. Even the staff were friendly.

I liked the location being close to shopping and dining. Where to begin. Black mold on the walls in the bathroom, outlets for phone chargers were nonexistent, the hallways smelled something awful, like dirty feet, trash behind tables was found when trying to find an outlet.

It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants Management was terrible. They would not refund me my money for leaving early and acted like it was my fault that I had to leave early. I got the room for a business trip.

Super close to the mall and Walmart and great food choices. Our stay was not very good, due to them turning my card room key off. I was locked outta my room twice bc they said my reservation was a joke show as I had already been there for 3 days so I was well aware my stuff was in my room. Staff was alright, the only decent one was the guy who helped me check in !

Had a spring from the mattress poking my back all night. Shower was disgusting

The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Everything was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but nice. Nice, powerful shower!

Front desk lady was super rude. Broken things in the bathroom. No shampoo. Half of the parking lot closed, unable to be used. Not a great experience.

Place smelled like smoke and burning cigarettes. Only stayed for a few hours of sleep due to a long road trip.

There was a weird smell in the hotel lobby and hallways. The floor was dirty and sticky. The breakfast in the morning is bread, bananas, and waffles. Minimal food options.

I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN STAY HERE, TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION AND HAD TO LEAVE!!!! EVEN AFTER SHOWING MY RESERVATION...I was told they did not have my reservation and to check with booking.com, but they had no room for me!! After discussing and disputing with the man at the desk, I had to go elsewhere, and by this time it is the middle of the night and I am a female senior citizen and trying to find something close to the hospital, as my husband was taken by ambulance to have surgery to have stents put in around his heart. UMBER.

Grossest place I have EVER lodged. Lots of pictures to prove the experience. Filed a complaint with Choice Hotels. How do they keep there brand affiliation. May be my last stay with Choice Hotels.

Find somewhere else to stay.

It did not have any shampoo or conditioner in the shower, It had two empty bottles. and No extra towels. just one set, I had to go downstairs to get additional towels and zero small wash rags

The smell in th lobby was horrible , the bathroom tile was black and nasty , broken dresser screen on window broken and pool look like it had not been clean in years gross

It reeked of Indian food even on the 3rd floor. I’m assuming the family lived there. One of the desk people walked up bare foot

The cable in my room was not working was promised to be moved to another room and that didn't come through. Housekeeping did not come the entire weekend. Had to go down and ask for fresh towels. Whatever they were cooking in the kitchen made the front lobby smell terrible.

The check in went well. The staff at the front desk was very helpful
