Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

The building/rooms definitely need updating. Carpet a little musty smelling. Stains on carpet in hallway. TV stand was wood and a chunk of wood taken out as well as shelf in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right there. Staff was great!

What a great hotel, thank you to your staff, the breakfast was amazing.

Really wish you could rate something zero Stars. They definitely do not deserve a single one. The absolute worst stay I've ever had somewhere. The room was filthy there were no washcloths in the room. The beds seemed dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly. The first room they assigned me was not even ready and I had to go back down and get a different room. The second room did not even have a bathtub which is the whole reason I booked here. Anytime after that that I tried to get assistance from staff there was literally not a soul to be found that worked there... and we called down there and walk downstairs over six times trying to get towels and each time no staff were to be found. I waited over 30 minutes to check out and get my cash deposit back for the room. Tried to call the hotel and no one answered. The maintenance was not kept up with carpet was horrible with holes in it they did not have the tack strip from the carpet to the tile covered and I stepped on it and hurt my foot. The toilet paper in the bathroom was literally like wiping with packing paper. I would have rather had one ply or honestly no toilet paper at all. I would have rather slept in my car than stayed here. Absolutely awful. And I never have written that review about somewhere before but no one should waste their money staying here. This is the second choice hotel that I've stayed at that literally looks like no one has ever cleaned the room ever. I knew I should have just left when I had to

Breakfast was ok. Phone in room was broke. There were ants all over the bathroom. We asked for our room to be cleaned on day 3 and all they did was spray for the ants and take the dirty towels. They didn’t leave clean towels, didn’t vacuum, didn’t make the beds & didn’t take out the trash. Every time I went to the front desk for assistance there wasn’t anyone there. I would ring the bell and wait 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone room was broke. I reported the broken phone on the first night & they said it would be fixed the next day & it never was. The security was sketchy too. Every night the side door was propped open with a rock and strangers would enter and roam the halls. We will never stay there again!

If was my first time visiting Tulsa area. I stopped for the night. The hotel was going through renovations, but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable place to spend the night. Even the staff were friendly.

I liked the location being close to shopping and dining. Where to begin. Black mold on the walls in the bathroom, outlets for phone chargers were nonexistent, the hallways smelled something awful, like dirty feet, trash behind tables was found when trying to find an outlet.

Super close to the mall and Walmart and great food choices. Our stay was not very good, due to them turning my card room key off. I was locked outta my room twice bc they said my reservation was a joke show as I had already been there for 3 days so I was well aware my stuff was in my room. Staff was alright, the only decent one was the guy who helped me check in !

Had a spring from the mattress poking my back all night. Shower was disgusting
