The location was convenient to the medical facilities in the area. The Hotel was clean and in excellent condition.

Modernized Hotel. I noticed around Tulsa most buisness are short handed, and I think this hotel is as well. I only saw three front desk workers and I think one was in training. They need to remodel, beds are wore out, floor titles are coming up in the bathroom and the wallpaper is bubbling up in the corners in places. I wonder if anyone has been in the rooms besides the maids bringing towels. Breakfast eh same as most hotels but they had bacon bits for your meat ? That was werid. Ran out of spread for the the bread. ABC was out on the cable in the rooms but worked in the lobby. Front desk knew nothing about it until I told them. I don't think they have any handymen on staff to fix things. Unless i have to I will probably will not be back.

Torrential rain caused rain to come in around room window and lights in lobby and buffet areas. Refer in room was not cold. I needed to keep ice due to surgery. Desk said maintenance would not be in until after the weekend. I feel they could have just brought a refer that would keep ice cold but did not offer that.

The clock in the fitness center needs a new battery, stocked towels, and TV remote. The high and low cleaning of the facility lobby and breakfast area as well as breakfast serving containers seems to have gotten worse since our previous stay. Overall, staff are responsive, it's a safe location, breakfast is good, and the price is affordable.

I didnt have breakfasr. The rooms ,clean, cool, freah..Staff was great. No noise from rooms or outside. I'd stay again.
