Wonderful

I’m upset because I was charged for breakfast and I was told breakfast was part of the package. Little upset because of that. Otherwise the stay was okay.

Kisha was an absolute delight! Not only was she manning multiple stations you never saw anything but positivity and a smile on her face!

There was a terrible animal urine odor in the room we stayed in (212) and when we reported it to the front desk all they said was “yes we know, we will give you a credit towards your room rate.” We never got the credit. Also there were four of us in the room, only two towels and no linens for the second bed. The toilet was clogged when we checked in, we asked for a plunger and had a long wait before we could unclog it ourselves and use the bathroom. The hot tub was only half full of water. The room was in terrible shape. We paid $404 for two nights. The staff were mediocre. For the price we paid we expected better.

Didn’t get room cleaned and they didn’t deliver towels to the room. Other than that incident, great place to stay.

The entire experience was perfect. The rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was amazing and the amenities were great. The staff was friendly and very helpful

Like the location, friendly staff. Usually always stay there when in Tulsa. Like the room set up with suite. Good breakfast

The property was very clean and I was able to book very late as well as checkin very late (about 1AM) without any hassle. The breakfast was paid though.

We stay here often for a night away from home and always have a great experience!
