Clean room, great breakfast very convenient

Great hotel. The only complaint was that the water pressure was low which made showering difficult.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. It was handy having a restaurant on property. Everything was very clean. Some hotels have a very strong odor of cleaning chemicals, this one smelled good but not over-done. Overall a very good experience. I will be back when I visit Broken Arrow.

The convenience of the location The room we had had a strong smell of mildew coming from the air conditioner, and it was overly hot and humid in the pool that was almost too hard to breathe

The front desk ladies were super nice. Larissa is the one that checked us in. Breakfast was really good. It was a buffet, but the only downside was that every day it was the same breakfast. Also, the lady in the breakfast area was super nice. I did not ask her name, but she was a Hispanic lady. We did not like that the AC only worked in the room. The living room where the girls slept was kind of hot. Also, we did not like that housekeeping NEVER left any toilet paper. We had to ask front desk for toilet paper. Our las night I decided to bu toilet paper because I felt uncomfortable asking for toilet paper.

The 1st room we had to wait for the maintenance man came and tried to fix. After standing in the heat (they said the AC was broke) for 30 minutes the room couldn't be open so he went and got keys for a another room. Then on Saturday morning my husband went to make coffee and the coffee machine didn't work so I called down and they said the housekeeping would replace it and they said the maintenance man would but we had to go so he got his coffee in the lobby which was cold.

There was bugs in the bed

I loved my stay was a issue with my bathroom however they moved me to another room quickly and staff was amazing

The shower and bath water were not hot no matter what time a day we tried to take one.

Paying for breakfast. Even if you need to pay, it shouldn’t be $13 for a person that just wants yogurt and fruit.

The breakfast was great, the wait staff was a little pushy when asking for the breakfast voucher My room was designated from someone that’s handicap. I erase told that I couldn’t change it because I booked through a 3rd party. The room was dusty and not cleaned. I had to request new towels daily. Housekeeping would come in but only to pickup the old towels and bring new ones.
