Our room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was better then I thought it was going to be. Definitely didn't like that it's been a few weeks and I haven't gotten my deposit back. It was sent to my account this week but was withdrawn again before it was deposited and past pending, and I can't figure out who to talk to about it. There was literally no wear and tare on the room, I slept and showered, used the TV, so it's not like there was damages they would've kept it for, so idk.

We we’re in town for a wedding. Right before the wedding my mother-in-law had a stroke. We then booked here after we left our Airbnb. We ended up staying for four days while my mother-in-law was in the hospital. Jillian at the front desk was so accommodating and caring. We didn’t know how long we were gonna be there so I was just booking one day at a time she worked with me on the checkouts and helped to stay in the same room. She was very accommodating and went over and beyond.

The breakfast had varied options that worked for all of us.

I was traveling for business and needed a place to stay by the highway. The staff was pleasant and left you alone if you didn’t intentionally speak with them. The room was adequate but didn’t make a great impression. I did like the reading lights on the bed. The sheets were very scratchy. And there were a few places that could have used a carpet cleaner. Most importantly, the AC worked very well against the Oklahoma summer heat.

Clean, well appointed and comfortable rooms.

Property was not maintained. Wallpaper peeling from walls. Lightbulbs didn’t work. Carpet was filthy. Etc…

The room was really good, but TV channels weren’t working a whole night due to a cable outage from what the desk said. Morning bfast wasn’t great , everything was wrapped up well before 8.30AM and wasn’t restocked at all, while it’s supposed to be open until 9am. Given the long weekend, they should have been prepared to feed a crowd. Didn’t expect this from a place like SpringHill

From breakfast to comfortable beds, everything was awesome.

Had a nice pool and workout room. Room was clean. Bathtub didn't drain well and the cabinet in kitchen area was broken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Not bad, but would probably stay somewhere else next time.
