Springhill Suites by Marriott Tulsa

The bed was nice and staff were nice. No toilet paper and no toilet paper holder. Not enough towels for our 2 night stay.

We had an infestation of black ants in our room. The lightning was of poor quality. Outlets did not work, except in the restroom. Door was hard to open with key. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Several maintenance issues that needed attention at the facility and overall cleanliness was questionable.

Staff was nice and welcoming, location was great, room was nice and clean and fresh No phone in room had to go downstairs to talk with front desk, breakfast didn't have a much of a selection

Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were friendly & very helpful. Beds had fantastic soft mattresses and rooms were very quiet. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and just what we needed after a long day of travel. We basically only came here to sleep and it was great for that purpose. We had a faulty smoke alarm in our room that one of the staff was very comedic about and we loved him. Breakfast was tasty but mis-labeled.

There was plenty of space in the room that made the stay comfortable. The A/C units could not keep up and it was hot in the rooms most of the time until it was late at night.

The front desk service was fantastic!! Hot and our AC didn’t work.

Bathroom drain was stopped up and had surfaces rust in tub. Room AC fans was not the best but decent. TV hdmi 2 port was not working as tv instructed it should work. Breakfast was not the best and seemed as if they were not filling fruit tray back up. Definitely felt like the breakfast was included. WiFi was easy to set up and had a nice speed for devices. I would give this hotel a 3/5 rating.

Fairly close to where we needed to go, beautiful landscaping to get outside and stretch your legs after traveling. Nice swimming area. Water was a little chilly for indoors but it’s indoor so it’s not warmed from the sun. We loved playing with the grandson in the pool. He’s a little fish. Rooms had plenty of space for all of us. We will have too make another trip soon and we do plan to return. Staff were amazing Plenty of room and beautiful landscaping

Great accommodations

Plumbing issue and sewer smell had the water off for hours. Floors were not clean. Door lock was always stuck and had to get front desk to open it every single time. Shower was great, hot and good pressure. Beds were comfortable.

Non of the electronics worked. We had two rooms. The remote controls and USB wall ports wouldn’t work. Upon reporting the issues we were told nothing could be done

Many lights were broken and the staff only noticed with doing nothing. And sometimes it’s hard to find the front desk when they were “helping others “ but actually resting in the back office.
