Good service and nice people

They charge $7.95 for internet. Didn’t use it,wasn’t charged.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated and it really needs it. But it was very clean anyway.
-
We were able to stay in a newly renovated room. It was very nice. Love the new decor. Beds were very comfy. We’ll be back next year to check out the complete reno.

This property undergoing a massive renovation project, both outside and inside. We were assigned an old room. Nice location, breakfast, parking, & wi-fi all for extra fee

During our stay, the water was shut off for approximately five hours with absolutely no advance warning or communication from the hotel. This was a huge inconvenience and completely unacceptable. The hotel also advertises a fitness center as one of its amenities, but it was closed due to the ongoing construction. Again, this was never mentioned before booking. Construction dust was everywhere, and it was obvious that one of the floors was being remodeled. The overall environment felt dirty and disruptive rather than relaxing. They started construction at 7 AM every morning and it was loud. To make matters worse, our room would not cool below 75 degrees. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that because we were on an upper floor, it naturally stayed warmer. They acknowledged the issue but said there were no other rooms available. Their only suggestion was that if we chose to leave and stay somewhere else, we would still be charged for the night because of their cancellation policy. In other words, we were expected to either stay in an uncomfortably warm room or pay for a room we couldn’t comfortably use. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. Although they were following policies so didn't resolve a lot of our issues the staff was still kind. That's the only positive

They were doing construction and remodeling so there was construction mess. The picture in our booking was a remodeled room and the room the put us in was old and not the new remodeled room. It did not get cool enough in the room in July. Bed was comfortable though!
-
There was active construction happening during my stay. Some areas were updated, while others still needed brought up to date.
-
Old rooms and pool, gym, sauna everything out for remodeling
-
It’s was nice, they are upgrading areas.

The hotel is being renovated so be prepared for construction noise. The parking is not ideal - it is a long walk to the door. Our key cards did not work and it took three trips from 8th floor back to front desk to get in our room late at night. The staff were all helpful just a frustrating experience.
-
Keep in mind most of the low score here is due to the current remodel going on. I just felt like they could have kept things up in appearance around those areas a bit better than they did. The room was GREAT! I will definately stay again when in the area.

I requested sheets and blanket for the fold out and got the thinnest blanket that was thinner than the sheet. Breakfast was not included and was 17 for adults 11 for children which is ridiculous. Room was clean but flooring was decades old. Staff was kind. 13.00 to park which was not listed on Expedia nor was the cost of breakfast. I would have stayed where else had i known.
-
You get woken up at 6 am from the construction crew. Breakfast is terrible. You pay $17 a person for cold eggs and bacon. Those are really your only options for breakfast there. The fruit had mosquitos on them. And that was the only other option for breakfast. Definitely not worth the stay.

Looks like the property is undergoing new construction if you get a renovated room you're in luck, if you get a non renovated room well it's dated. The inside is all just a mix of dated and renoveted
-
Friendly staff, clean room, clean pool. There was construction on the floor above ours and we could hear banging and drilling while in our room.
-
The room was clean and comfortable even though they are currently undergoing renovations in some areas. We enjoyed our stay.

I reserved a king room, and the front desk confirmed they had one. Once we got to the room it was two queens. We then asked to be moved and she put up in a king room that was dirty and not even close to what we were expecting. They did not match the photos of the hotels.com and it was very gross and not what we expected. We then asked to be moved again and was put back in the two queen room. We were moved 3 time that day!
