Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center

I wish I had known about the remodel because I would not have stayed there. Lots of dust. Asked the front desk person if bar had happy hour and they said they had no idea

Room was clean but the ac never cooled off the room. We slept without blankets and sheets because very stuffy and warm. The room was nice and bed was decent!

While even though there was construction going on, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

The hotel is being remodeled but the rooms are still clean. I have stayed here several times and would continue to recommend this hotel even though they are remodeling and parts of it are closed off.

The room was very nice. I did miss the fish and water. Was a very calming area to sit and relax.

Construction workers took up the entire lounging area drinking beer. First room had no water pressure. Finally got pressure to cold water after 7 min in cold shower. Tv did not work. 2nd day we were moved from the 2nd floor to the 9th. Still no tv available. After working on the tv for about 2hrs, we were moved again. We finally had regular cable. No daily made service. Minimal staff. Breakfast was comped due to our issues. Had we had to pay it was almost $40 for 2. Rubber eggs, bacon was so overcooked it hurt our teeth to chew it. They mentioned almost $15/day for parking. We complained. They said it was on the website but it wasn’t.

The staff was extremely helpful and even accommodated an early check in. They were doing construction, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. The lobby was very clean and I can imagine that it would be nice if the restaurant and things like that were open, but they weren’t due to the construction. I would try staying here again, but I’m not sure how soon that would be.

Being renovated. Rooms smelled a little musty. Door lock was broke. Sink was cracked. Lighting in bathroom was dim. Old outdated looking room

Online bar says it’s open till 11 and they closed before 10. Air conditioner went out and never fixed it or even let us know if they did or didn’t and at 1130 at night me and my family were switching rooms which it was a downgraded room. Wouldn’t stay here again
