Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa-South

The room was probably the best room we have ever had. Clean comfy big!!! The shower pressure was great. The scented bathroom products were nice. We had coffee and tea in the room. You all thought of everything. The breakfast was so so fabulous. Best free breakfast ever! The staff were so nice and kept the place very clean. That means a lot. We have been to a Marriott and we’re highly disappointed. The only negative was smelling pot down the hall but that’s not a hotel problem. Five +++ stars!

Pool was smaller than depiction of photos. Hot tub was non-functioning and has been for awhile. Basketball court is convenient but no ball to play. Breakfast is subpar. Food on buffet was spicy and not kid friendly. Only coffee, oatmilk, OJ, apple juice and HOT water for drinks. Cold water would have been nice. No pool towels available at pool. Door was broke to get back inside from pool and had to walk all the way around to front entrance.

Hen we arrived in our room it was very hot the heat was on, set at 73. Later that night when we got back to the hotel we were ready to shower and head to bed, we found that there were NO Towels in our room, call the front desk and the staff member told me yeah they might just be out since the hotel was at capacity.. no towels I feel that this is no acceptable for a hotel. She then called back 30 min. Later to let me know she found some but I needed to come get them. Is towels not a room standard??

Loved the laundry service available on site. The breakfast options were great. Very pleasant stay, minus the weather that prevented us from being able to utilize the pool, but understandable that safety comes first!

I wasn’t happy with the room I got. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to walk long distances and I explained this when I checked in but still got put on the 4th floor. The room wasn’t that big and the tv was small.

This was our first time to stay at Homewood suites, and it will not be our last. Great rooms great place.

Clean, up to date, comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast with lots of options and great Wednesday evening social food and drinks. Pool was clean and lots of fun for us and our kiddos.

​I originally checked into an economy suite booked through Expedia, only to find the room occupied by fentanyl addicts. Despite Expedia breaking their own policies and leaving me completely stranded, the team at Home2 Suites stepped up. They took care of me in the most respectable way possible and turned a nightmare situation around. ​If you want a place that actually prioritizes guest safety and professional service, this is it. Dylan and Chris are true professionals.

I was insulted by the front desk guy when I asked for my door lock battery to be replaced.
