Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa-South

I have stayed with this hotel brand many times and this was one of my favorite hotels but not anymore. First I called ahead to confirm my reservation and the front desk clerk Diamond was rude and uneducated. She couldn't barely speak and communicate in clear English and upon arrival at the property she continued to be rude bc she didn't like the tone of my voice? I think she expected a paying customer to stroke her Ego. I was tired and just ready to check in the room I paid for but she acted worse than a spoiled kid and refused to do her job. I left and found a better hotel nearby. This worker really makes the Hilton brand look bad. From her jail house tattoos to her obnoxious attitude it was definitely not the experience I paid for and I will be in touch with Corporate regarding this. Hilton you can do much better.

They should have bacon or sausage on the buffet. I'm sure they do sometimes. Also, really don't want to stay with leftover furry convention people. Really weird.

The grounds were good, just dated.

We had a short stay at this hotel and met some of our family who also stayed here. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even put us on the same floor as our family, which was fantastic. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet. All in all, we had a great stay.

Very professional clean environment

We got back to our hotel late after visiting friends and when we tried to deadbolt the lock, it didn't work. We were too tired to call and wait on maintenance-my husband said the hardware was warped. So we could only use the catch-lock which didn't make it feel particularly safe and secure. When I went to shut the bathroom door, it was very tight and made a horrific sound like a machine gun (multiple shots). These hiccups made our rating less than it could have been had these type of issues been addressed during regular maintenance.

Disgusting an absolutely horrible period there were ants everywhere. The room was so dirty. The staff was not helpful. The room was hot and it had a funky old smell and they did not try to help whatsoever. When I let them know they were ants in the room and the floor was dirty. Just don't go there spare yourself.

Everything was absolutely wonderful except an infestation of small ants in the room and bathroom. Staff sprayed room but ants returned. Still would definitely return again to this location

The room was probably the best room we have ever had. Clean comfy big!!! The shower pressure was great. The scented bathroom products were nice. We had coffee and tea in the room. You all thought of everything. The breakfast was so so fabulous. Best free breakfast ever! The staff were so nice and kept the place very clean. That means a lot. We have been to a Marriott and we’re highly disappointed. The only negative was smelling pot down the hall but that’s not a hotel problem. Five +++ stars!

Pool was smaller than depiction of photos. Hot tub was non-functioning and has been for awhile. Basketball court is convenient but no ball to play. Breakfast is subpar. Food on buffet was spicy and not kid friendly. Only coffee, oatmilk, OJ, apple juice and HOT water for drinks. Cold water would have been nice. No pool towels available at pool. Door was broke to get back inside from pool and had to walk all the way around to front entrance.

Kids had an amazing time staff was on point . Loved the location.
