Only complaints are the AC was very noisy and the shower took a long time (15-20 minutes) to get warm

Every time we’ve stayed the rooms have a very nasty smell. Mildew, over perfumed or something, we end up sneezing all night long. the front desk person didn’t seem to care from 12-2am someone was playing loud music, sounded like band practice.

It just felt like a sketchy place.

My window blinds wouldn’t close which left a huge gap at the bottom for light to come in. It looks like the top of the bed is peeling off the bed itself. The topper is separating from the actual mattress. The hot water takes forever to come in.

I have stayed here 2 times before. They moved my room 3 times . I stay here because they off a safe in the room with I think every hotel should have. No of them in my rooms worked . The first room some one brother the hotel latch off the door . The 2nd room i stayed in for one night and the ac unit drained watter all over the floor . The 3rd room was a place to stay . I resigned my self to not change rooms but the room was not good .

Staff was helpful when Ask to be moved to another room. Probably will not stay at this location again.

The rooms were clean there was still some trash in the trash can, there were stains on one of the seating area when we came in

The shower was only hot, could not get warm or cold water. There was a half drank bottle of water by the coffee maker, there was NO hot tub at this hotel like there was supposed to be. Overall the hotel had a stinch, not sure what it was. Was not to happy with the experience, the staff was nice though.

The restrooms were just put together and dirty. Hair on the towels and the room itself felt drafty
