My major complaint is that they charged /"held" my card 24 hours BEFORE check in (for a PAY AT THE HOTEL RESERVATION) they won't hold my room w/ out the "Hold" being paid. The "Hold" for room was paid w/ a different card than I actually paid for the room when I checked in, bc it was not planned for & I didn't get paid until day of. At Check in they said released the hold on org. Card as soon as payment was made on the different card. Now 48 hours after check out. (Stayed Fri-Sunday) NOW They tell me that org. Hold was released when I checked out, along with the TWO deposits paid on the rooms. They would not take cash deposits, which I normally do to avoid Hotels from doing this type of thing. Now I have to wait "up to 30 days" for the $201 total to be put back in my account. This is was my honeymoon money and being on a very tight budget in the first place. This is very disappointing and upsetting. Hotel staff are not helpful and I was told there was nothing they could of done. #1 THEY COULD OF NOT CHARGED MY CARD 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN B/C THAT IS NOT WHAT I AGREED ON WHEN I BOOKED RESERVATION (PAY AT HOTEL . #2 THEY COULD OF TAKEN MY CASH DEPOSIT. ASLO: *Pool closed at 8pm on Friday and Saturday night, which was very disappointing and left us no time to swim. *They seemed like I was asking TOO much when I asked for a couple more towels b/c I was there all weekend.

I will be honest. The sink was clogged, water was draining very slow, the door for the shower does not close from the bottom. The first room they gave me smells like someone smoked inside.

Nothing unique about it.. the hotel was clean the room was comfortable the breakfast was good but uhmm guys get some flavored creamer for the coffee a little French vanilla or some hazelnut

It was in what seemed like a quiet, safe area. Not far from a nice mall.

Courteous staff, manager wasn't. Im uncomfortable allowing Mia to retain copies of my DL and credit card info for 2 months after I've.checked out. Ripe for Fraud She criticized my stance and said choose a different Hotel next time.I got my info back

Hotel was clean and had a very nice smell to it.

Had rowdy neighbors, but staff took care of it immediately. Would stay there again. Convenient location.

The morning staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled like Marijuana, they told us the pool closed at 8 even though the website says 10, the man attended counter was incredibly rude to my mother, then to me, and the elevator closed on a women's arm who was getting in.

The location was great Broken toilet that we found out had actually been reported by the previous guests as well. Were told maintenance would come, but did not see them at all during our 2 day stay.

Location was great Guy at check-in was very unprofessional and very messy in appearance.

I only liked that it was a nice get away for a night I disliked the housekeepers in the morning of checkout the ones I ran into all 4 of them gave me dirty looks I said hello to them and not 1 said hello just had a mug on their faces my 2nd complaint I was not told till right b4 I was gonna head there to check in that I was needing to have 50 on my card for a security deposit that's refundable well I never got a receipt from the woman at the front desk for my room charge or the deposit I want my deposit back and still have heard nothing on it
