Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites

Their elliptical was the best.

Walked inside my assigned hotel room and it smelled like someone sparked a cigarette. I went to the front desk and requested on how we can fix this. They just handed me a febreze can.

Staff your good. Property well kept. Breakfast was excellent, but gravy would have been nice. Only thing I seen was some spilled milk or something in elevator and told front desk, and went in elevator between 1-2 hours later was still there. Pool seemed colder then it should have been.

Refused service at front desk. Did not stay.

I extended my 2 day. Stay to a week's day and they charged me a whole nother deposit.Even though I had already paid a deposit and had been in the room and then tell me it would take 2 months for me to get my deposits back.The older lady with the Gray hair, the works.The front desk is very rude.They have a guy by the name of austin who was real helpful with extending my stay?But they would not honor what he did for me

I have been having an absolutely relaxing and pleasant experience here, with myself and my four littles. We have two suites and they have enjoyed themselves in the pool, hot tub, as well as the jetted tubs in the rooms. Free wifi with a HUGE breakfast including fresh waffles, cereal, eggs & sausage, juice, milk, lattes, coffee.. what more could we possibly ask for?

Pool closes too early 8 pm. One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke but they couldn't give us a new room. Breakfast was ok standard. Low price - so a few issues.

Room was clean. Breakfast included. Staff was professional and very helpful. Great deal for the price!

No help from staff we needed to check out early cuz there was a licour bottle under my son mattress in his room they would not even offer to come clean the room or change rooms terrible experience air wasn’t working right wouldn’t stay again

4 stars, got what I expected. Pool hours were limited for anyone wanting to hit it in the before or after a long day doing other things in town.

Cleaning ladies were nice and very good at their job

Wife and I live in town and had some credits, so decided to have a change of scenery and find somewhere with a pool. This is in a decent part of town and had decent reviews and a good price so sounds great! We book and get there and the front desk employee is fine. They're friendly and gave us a room on the first floor, which was near the pool. The TV in the lobby was damaged, which from reading Google reviews has been like that for a bit. We get into our room and even though the whole hotel is non-smoking, the room is heavy with the smell of cigarettes. We tell the front desk, and they apologize and give us another room on the second floor. This one smells okay so we change and go down to the pool. My wife is able to handle maybe 20 minutes in the pool before the chlorine burns her eyes and she has to get out. She wound up with a rash later on. I was okay, but I decided to try the hot tub. I handled that for 2 minutes before my eyes and throat burned from the chlorine. We go back up to the room and turn the heat on because we're wet and cold and suddenly the room smells like someone peed on a honeycomb and shoved it in the HVAC. We packed up and went down to the lobby and checked out. We were there maybe an hour. I told the front desk about our woes and they said they'd have maintenance check. Looking on Google Reviews, it appears the owner verbally abused anyone who leaves a bad review. That's a red flag.

Front desk girl was rude and due to fiance being in surgery at 10am, we called to verify res. on the drive there, and him not being present when checking in at 2 the girl wouldn't let me check in. Got very sick from luke warm hot tub also. Rm was JANKY!!!!

Now we arw being denied thw redundant because the manager wont answer the phone. Absolutely unacceptable!

Our room was clean but the desk chair seat was worn through. The second floor elevator landing was soaked and baseboards needed the dust edge cleaned. Perhaps think about a different flooring for the main elevator as you can't discern swimming pool drips and puddles of thoughtless guests from beverage spills. I stay at this property annually and will again.

The toilet lid was somewhat loose. The room was decent and clean.

The room was wet and all the sheets and blankets were wet . And the front staff were mean .

Hotel and breakfast great. The evening desk man could be more attentive and be at the desk. He acted as though we were bothering him
