Good Nothing it

Everything was up to par. No complaints on the room or staff. Did not eat breakfast nor used the pool.

I dont have 1 complaint! 2 year we stayed here for our mother daughter weekend. Room was clean, lobby was clean, breakfast was good!

Please stay away.

The shower was not working no able to take a shower I should get my money back.

We didn't eat breakfast. The location could have been in a better place. We enjoyed the room it was very spacious. Only thing was fridge was a little to small.

Nothing to like. You drive through another business to get into the parking lot. Well I searched and booked this stay solely for the jacuzzi and pool to relax before an international flight. The jacuzzi was out of service and had things floating in it. The pool was ice cold. I’m ok with a hotel that has vintage tubs and toilets but the sheets pillows and mattresses had stains. Lifting the sheets to find what appears to be blood stains was unsettling. The side chair in the room looked like someone spilled a coffee in the floor and it wasn’t cleaned. There was a spill of what appears to me a sauce packet in the floor. The staff put a spill placard over it and left it there. It was there the entire time we were there. Very gross when it could have been easily cleaned up. The continental breakfast looked ok but my stomach was so turned off by the rest of the unclean facility that I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. Very disappointed. If it’s broken or out of service they need to remove the amenities on the listing.

I would not recommend staying here ! I had high hopes for this Best Western as I know it’s a good area and not a run down place ! But by all means one of the most uncomfortable beds at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Get better beds and use a different food supplier or a different way of cooking things! Also check your machines out more often to know things like waffle maker isn’t burning food !

Everything is convinient and clean and organized

Rooms were clean. Quiet at night. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Location (traffic made it difficult to get to). At 6:00am there was a shortage of hot water (cold shower).

The staff was extremely rude. A guy at the counter argued with my husband that he saw us come in with 7 people when it was just us and our 4 kids. The pool had the shortest hours of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The elevator and all hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. There was only one luggage rack so multiple guests had to take turns using it. We had a room with a pull out couch and the bedding for it wasn't in our room. When my husband went to ask for bedding, they claimed they had no other pillows and refused to borrow one from an unused room, so my son had to sleep without a pillow. Our resveration was clearly marked as being for 6 people. It's also been several days since we stayed and I still haven't been refunded the "deposit" they charged when we checked in and it's been several days since we checked out. We even heard the morning staff complaining about how everything in the hotel was broken or outdated. It was genuinely the worst hotel stay we've ever had, so thankful it was only for 1 night.

First time staying there and usually I check the reviews before hand. I was disappointed afterward reading a ton of reviews and was expecting to have issues. I arrived early and asked if they had an available rom that was not used the prior night. They didn't ( not there fault check in isn't til 2pm anyways.) So I went to some other places to kill time and as soon as I walked in they saw me, greeted me and got me checked in promptly. They showed me where everything was and then checked on me to see if I needed anything. Pool and hot tub was perfect, clean and not over bearing with chemicals. Breakfast was even good, waffles, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt with fresh crushed nuts and cranberries. Hot and cold cereal. Staff was even great in the morning. So I'm dumbfounded on the bad reviews when my stay was absolutely amazing!!! The only negative i can say is I haven't received my deposit back yet. ( but I haven't called my bank for release yet either) I will say they are remodeling the 3rd floor but ya couldn't tell unless you went to get Ice.
