I was awoken by a rude phone call questioning me about my service dog and basically accused of lying when I’m disabled and was honest about everything in the first place. I decided to just leave since I was treated so poorly. This hotel is in desperate need of better management and retraining on how to treat people and paying guests. I won’t stay at this location again due to this. The hotel brand itself can do better. I will be contacting corporate

The hotel was very clean. We did have to wait for 2-3 minutes for someone to check us in. The room was great.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Tulsa Oklahoma. From the management to the grounds keepers this hotel is outstanding! If we ever encounter an issue it’s taken care of immediately. Carlos, Sia and the rest of the staff are always providing top notch hospitality. We have no complaints at all. Thank you all for a fantastic time.

That the Breakfast isn’t free and the rooms don’t have a microwave and the indoor pool could be a little warmer

We love staying here when we come to Tulsa it’s always clean good area close to eating places and walmart and the mall. We loved the room with the Balcony and the staff is very friendly That the Breakfast isn’t free and the rooms don’t have a microwave and the indoor pool could be a little warmer

They don't have free breakfast but the hotel was very nice. The pool was small and indoors but also enjoyable. The room we had was on the top floor and had a great AC and great water pressure. And the beds were very comfy. I am glad I stayed here!
