I purchased a room for there and checked in went to the store can back my room smelled like mold and my tv was busted. They wouldn't move me to another room and didn't refund but 30 dollars of my money back

Everything was great until I washed up my receipt for my deposit back. We was there for 4 days and left the motel very clean. Left all towels in a pile and even took our trash out and pulled the sheets off just to make it easier. And he still wouldnt give me my deposit. Im sure the manager pocket the deposit. My deposit was in cash. He also called the cops cause I said forget the deposit im getting my belongings that I left up stairs

Booked the room for $192 for 2 nights. Was charged $242 for 2 nights. $50 deposit was a separate charge. Room did not have a fridge. After asking about it was told that they would fix it. They didn't. No ice machines were working in the building. Room was clean and bed comfortable otherwise.

Room was dirty. First room had mold on the wall. Then we removed a second room that had a broken toilet seat, and the lid of the toilet air conditioner still had black mold in the vent window was so fogged up you could not look out of it as it had been destroyed positive. Nobody could see in our room then since we were on the first floor.. it was noisy

They were completely unreasonable and rude about me not being there at checkout time due to being 8 months pregnant and having a med emergency that lead me to the hospital while I was out loading my card to pay for another night, due to this and my guest whose name wasn't on room or deposit (only listed as 2 guests on room) and there failure to make sure he was out by whatever time it is before they charge you a full $50! Which is by the way about the cost for the room. They clearly just wanted to steal my deposit.

Great location for restaurants and shoppingm Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only complaint I had was there is no AC in the common areas and the AC to the room wa,s OFF on a 104 degree day. It took several hours to cool the room once checked in, also no ice in the ice maker

the place was down right dirty milk expired, flys all over the food the hosts were RUDE and they charged my twice for for my stay would NOT RECOMMEND, THE EVENING CLERK. was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing . the ven his co worker said so. AC didn't work and some more disgusting

Breakfast only included packaged muffins. Rooms were not cold.

The lobby was hot and stuffy. The “nonsmoking room” smelled like an ash tray. I was assigned a second room, but the wall with the ac unit was moldy. We accepted the third choice simply because my husband is disabled and was completely worn out.

Room was clean and staff was great.

The room was very hot and muggy. The air conditioner barely worked and didn’t cool down room even after turning it on and leaving for a while and coming back. There was a very odd smell in the room almost like damp sweaty sock smell. Ended up not staying the full night and left early because it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with how warm it was.

When i wanted to wind down, I was looking forward to some TV but the channels were few. But bed was comfortable and that is what matters most

I work in a corporate company and the front desk didn't want to provide a check out receipt after me staying in this establishment. During my stay my room also smell like cigarettes in a very strong way almost like someone next door to my room was smoking inside the room. Staff didn't do anything to solve the problem and all my belongings smell like cigarettes now.

The beds were covered in bed bugs… absolutely disgusting

A solid 3 star hotel. It’s not the best but it’s pretty good.
