Baymont by Wyndham Tulsa

no working ice machine, fridge wasn't even slightly cold And had to throw out food I brought, TV had a broken screen at the top and half of the shows just constantly buffered, the only option to switch was a room that didn't lock from the outside. also had to go buy febreeze for the awful smell

Very run down. Breakfast was sparse, and ran out of things almost an hour before it was scheduled to be over. Nobody at front several times when I needed to ask for things like soap or towels because the room didn’t have any. The pool was ridiculously cold so unusable. The beds were comfortable, though, but the bathroom was grimy.

The property has not been maintained, the toilet was broken - we rigged it to work EACH time we needed to flush, there were quite a few insects in the bathroom and main living area/bedroom, water damage in the ceiling, cracks in the walls and the bathroom counter had large food crumbs whatever office awesome on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Breakfast was ok, minimal choices compared to the listing. Not what we expected of a Wyndham property.

Room sheets were stained. They’re “fix” was making me change the sheets myself. Did not even stay there and it’s been over 1 month and they won’t give me a refund.

The room itself was in poor condition. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the floor felt sticky. The overall cleanliness was so concerning that I slept in my clothes and did not feel comfortable pulling back the bed covers. Unfortunately, I cannot identify a positive aspect of my stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

The property is an older hotel, and so, wasn't as fresh looking as a newer property would be. The room was exactly what I booked and offered a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. However, I wasn't able to figure out how to use the microwave or the remote for the tv. It would have been nice to have some simple instructions. I knew when I booked the hotel that I wouldn't be spending much time in the room so wanted the lowest price close to the places I was visiting when in Tulsa. This hotel fit that bill, so I wasn't expecting a five-star accommodation. It gave me a place to sleep that was clean enough and didn't break the bank.

The breakfast, tea, and coffee were good. Most of the staff were nice. The broiler flooded around 12 midnight and my first floor room flooded. I had to collect my item and move. To two different rooms and didn’t settle until 4-5 am. I ask for a discount and was denied.

The room had a hole in the carpet. The breakfast was so poor that we ended up not eating. Their “juice” was so watered down you could barely see the color

Room was dirty. No house keeping. Halls smelled like mildew. Asked for housekeeping twice never received until asking again at the end of the day.

Nothing it was terrible manager was terrible Everything manager and day staff was terrible

Ask to see the room before you check in.

Some of the lamp outlets in room 327 were not working to plug our phones. The microwave was not working. Cigarettes smell in the hallway at night. Our room key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to get it reset. Otherwise, it was a quiet place to sleep in for a short stay.

This place was very terrible!! Beds was dirty when we first got there. Bathroom was very dirty went to complain about it at the front desk. They was like we will put you in another room and that room was even worse without a tv or anything else they raised the price up for the rooms like 5x they regular price and it wasn’t even close to be worth the price I paid service bad hotel bad makes me never want to stay a any of your guys hotels again!!! High prices for a terrible hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma

The only good thing wss the very courteous person who greeted us. We checked in and checked out a hour later as it was not tolerable

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was poor went down to eat with over an hour left for breakfast they were out of pancake mix, bacon, a few eggs . Out of juice and no one was around to even ask for more. We left and ate elsewhere. The place was not worth the money i paid. Chose this hotel becauae past ratings were good.

It was clean and I felt safe It was a bit run down, but I supose to be expected for the price.
