Unless your nose has lost all smell capabilities, I wouldn't stay in room that we were given. It smelled like dirty feet. Let me explain the situation. First, I wasn't greeted as a loyal IHG member. I know that I'm only a Platinum Elite but that shouldn't make any difference. ALL members should be welcomed appropriately even if we did need to wait at the front desk for an attendant to arrive. Secondly, we were assigned a handicapped room on the second floor and as far as we could tell, the option was either a squeaky elevator (just one) or the steps. With us being seniors, the steps really weren't an option. Sorry, 1st floor rooms aren't available or so said the front desk attendant. We reluctantly took the second floor room. Hooray, the card key worked the first time but as we opened the door, we were hit with an unhealthy smell of dirty feet or something really nasty. Well, it had been a long day of driving and we had an appointment in 2 hours so we didn't have time to change rooms but I did report the smell to the front desk and suggested that the AC filter be changed and the room deodorized. I was assured that it would be done while we were out that evening. I received a text stating that it was deodorized but nothing about the filter, so I asked. Oh sorry, that wasn't told to me was the answer. It never was changed. The toilet top didn't fit, there was mold or glue and dirt on the walls of the shower, and the room still stinks today. One staff apologized

The room was amazing spacious and comfortable. I felt safe as a single young women traveling alone. Everything was clean. The pool was nice and spacious! However the breakfast was okay you know, the jacuzzi part of the hot tub did not work and my bathroom door did not close or lock

Unfortunately we did not have a nice stay.. From the beginning to the end, we arrived to check in as a family of six. Receptionist said will you be using the pull out couch bed, I said yes. She went behind the office and gave me a big sack of pillows, sheets , and blankets to carry my bedding to the 4th floor. Upon arriving the hallways and room was hot, and WiFi was not working. When we called front desk to let them know WiFi was down, she said we don’t deal with that call this number, it was a 800 number. No help! Our family of six decided to shower after the pool, not to mention pool water was EXTREMELY foggy. we were short 3 towels, husband had to go downstairs and bring 3 more, and receptionist only gave us 2. So my kids had to share 1 towel. The room was hot all night we kept messing with the thermostat, was it was a poor function. Next day for breakfast, fruit tray only had mandarins, apple juice was watered down, creamer had was empty. And pancake machine was not working!! When mentioned to worker, she jokingly/ laughing in Spanish said “no ay nada” to another employee. “There’s nothing here”. The lobby where we were eating was also hot, I have never sweat so much at a hotel before. We will NEVER BE BACK!

Very clean hotel…nice rooms with comfortable bed...great self serve breakfast…staff always available and friendly..great indoor pool with an outdoor area just off the pool area…the only thing I suggest is to have more water available with a less price… most ppl drink bottled water while traveling and the hotel was very expensive for a small bottle of water..

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable Staff was not knowledgeable. I called to request a late check in and they had canceled my reservation due to the payment not going through but it had so he refunded the money that he said didn't go through and then wanted me to borrow a credit card because mine got locked due to all the activity he did on it. I was traveling with two young children, and we almost didn't have a room to stay in
