Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport

Shuttle driver was not friendly and he closed the door on me while I was trying to get in, never apologized.

The room could have been cleaner. I found a candy wrapper in the sheets which makes wonder if they had been changed. The coffee maker didn’t work. The remaining amenities in the room were fine. The shuttle driver was fantastic. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and assistance. Thank you!

Wonderful staff & clean room

Very convenient to the airport.

By the time I checked in, at front desk, I was advised that I was not registered for the room, and that it had been given to someone else. I attempted to tell the front desk that I had been charged for $290.00. They explained that since I went through Expedia, that I would have deal with Expedia. So not only did Hilton/Expedia give my room away, they also kept the $290.00

This place needs an overall, over haul. I do think it’s been updated since it was built. Room smelled of mildew, bathroom was operational but not great. It wasn’t worth saying anything as it was a quick overnight and back to the airport. Its only benefit was the convenience to the airport.

They are renovating it other than that perfect and literally right by the airport so close you could walk to it.

I've stayed there several times.

The little shop up front that was 24/7 was just awesome. The room was clean, and better than I’d hoped. Parking was convenient. Staff was pleasant. Very hospitable.

They were doing work on the place so it was not as neat as they usually keep it. But very pleased with our stay.

Great location for flying out of Tulsa. Staff at front desk were unfriendly

The first room we were in had water all over the floor so they moved us. The phone in second room was blinking that we had messages but we didn’t and they didn’t know how to turn it off. The lady at front desk was very nice. The lady at the bar was not.

It was fine. No breakfast for the price.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
