Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport

This hotel is being remodeled, thus the low review. In addition the staff was less than helpful. The smell of chemicals in the libby was overwhelming. The sheets on the bed were stiff and smelled like bleach. I have stayed here often only because it is next to the airport and I live some distance away. Sorry, you have to do better!

Very long trip. It was nice to walk into a room that smelt fresh and clean. The bed was extra thick and the pillows were like feather pillows. Honestly considering what I have slipped in the night before I felt like I was on a cloud. The shower was hot but not too hot and the pressure was perfect. Great size room, very clean Hotel even though they were having some construction. I was so close to the airport I could have walked. One other nice benefit is there is a gas station directly behind the hotel that is within walking distance

Would have been nice to know ahead of time there would be renovation happening and they say customer satisfaction guaranteed...what a laugh! I had asked for a little milk for the coffee instead of the flavored creamer and they were out of the half and half, and the whole milk was sitting right next to the receptionist ready to go for the buffet breakfast. She could have made my experience better to just to give me a splash of milk...

The staff was excellent however the room temperature was average in a hot city. Plus, not pool.

On my booking.com receipt it was stated that the cost to stay wrould be $185.20 but I was charged $235.20. When I realized this it was too late to do anything about it since I was on my way to the airport.

The front desk lady was hospitable, helpful, and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The room was clean. The floor in the room above me was so creaky that it sounded like the person was stomping back and forth before getting into bed. My floor too was overly creaky and loud. The TV in the next room was against my head board and super loud as well for a while. The construction at the front of the hotel was not put away. Literally, it may have taken construction workers an hour or two to clean up their mess and make the front more hospitable.

The property was clean Everything was great, at our arrival when we checked the the girl was rude did not welcome us she kind of said what you want instead Hello welcome in do you have a reservation or something in those lines, was rudely short on speaking we had to tell her we had a reservation she said last name so I gave it then she said swipe your card so I did and gave the key did not say anything after so we found our way to the room but everyone else were very nice and friendly.

I appreciate how close it is to the airport. My room was decent. The bedding made me itchy so I didn’t get much rest. I saw a bug outside of the bathroom and it was very humid in the room. The air conditioner didn’t cut on until the following morning of me checking in.

Location was great close to airport. Room was spacious n bed was comfortable. Found some food crumbs on carpet by bed. Shower floor looked dirty or stained.
