I hated the smells!! once I was there I got use to it but I would not stay there again. Learned my listen the name of a hotel doesn't mean anything but the price does. So cheap is not always good or nice but especially safe. I had asked for a kitchen but I didn't get a stove just counter top and cabinet space. I don't think this place should show up on filters where we request a kitchen or kitchennet or full kitchen. The carpets need an up date or very DEEP clean. It smelled like weed and dog food. I am a dog lover but I wouldn't have carpets if I had pets. Even outside when we showed up it smelled like weed really bad. Also, had an issue with the door when we arrived from one of our outings. Our door to our room was OPEN. I didn't even need to use the card key. My kids and I felt unsafe after that. But the staff did offer a new room.THANKFULY the adjacent room was available. I wanted to cut my trip short because of all the issues but they would not offer me a refund. Also found roaches when I was playing the outlet on the wall cuz all the appliances were disconnected. The light of the entrance of the room was not working bu the new room worked. The new room clamp didn't work it was loose if I used it the door could still be opened from the outside. So ya over all very bad experience. I would not recommend. Cleaning staff was very polite though.

Also since we went through Expedia we could not be moved. Asked for directions to local places to eat - was told well there’s a Chinese delivery otherwise not familiar? Really. No books in room or any maps of area. Was absolutely horrific. The icing on top was the “working girls” that we saw hanging out. Wow. Not a great and safe place. Very shocking it’s part of the wyndem family

The room was clean. There was an area for our dogs to walk around.

When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door to find it occupied. Thankfully it was at the time of day when no one was in there. It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day. The lady at the desk seemed surprised about it being occupied as well. She quickly got us another room and was helpful about it. We mentioned the situation to the gentleman working upon leaving and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was busy playing on his phone.

This property is on the verge of becoming a red roof inn. Mold in the shower was a big turn off.

There was a musty smell in building. In a rough neighborhood.

This place is disgusting. The manager is very rude. Both of the rooms given to me were absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t breath in one smelled so bad of mold and filled with mold in the AC. The 2nd room looked like it’s never been cleaned. Beds were so dirty I would never sleep there. We did not stay there and had to find a whole new hotel. It was a horrible experience.

Again, I was ok with this. But after checking in, we found that the elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor and had to use the stairs. Luckily I was only there for 1 night, so I did not have a lot of luggage. The room was decently clean, however I did see hair in the bathtub and the furniture was in poor condition. In the morning, I came down at 6:45 for breakfast, but they said they were still setting up and were not ready. I opted to just skip the breakfast. Overall, I got what I paid for, I got a warm bed for the night. It did the trick and I was satisfied overall. I would recommend this place if you don't care to use amenities and just looking for bed to sleep in.

But the staff was super nice and our room seemed clean.

Make sure to bring all your own bathroom supplies, because if you forget anything and it's after hours, there is no one to bring it to your room. It wouldn't be a huge deal if there's 2 adults plus littles but when there's 1 adult plus littles who are already in bed, then it is. The room when we entered was hot. The hallway was very warm--may have something to do with the air-conditioner at the end of the hallway not working and the window open--it was only over 80° outside, getting close to 90°. Set the room thermostat to 66°. Even though it cycled on and off, I can guarantee it was not 66° as I am someone who doesn't like rooms that cold. The pool was ok, on the small side of pools (deep end is 4'6"), but it was an indoor pool so there's that. We swam twice and each time we had to go to the desk to request pool towels as there were not any available. The breakfast was so-so. They advertise a hot breakfast, which for the most part it is, but the selection is lacking. The take away-you get what you pay for.

I fill defenetly stay at this hotel again.

Property condition not the best and location not good. Bad smell in the hallway. Would not recommend for families.

Nice people work there. Homeless people everywhere and the elevator didn’t work.
-
I wasn't expecting a five star meal obviously but it was OK. just not cooked fully and saltless the smell around the whole building definitely could of been better for sure. maybe language barrier but no eye contact and short answer threw me off. my lock didn't exactly lock, if you push it it would of open.

Switched rooms twice, first air conditioner was broken, second came back and they had given my new room to another person, it was a nightmare

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional.
-
Less than impressed with staff support before, during and after our stay.
-
Helpful staff and great breakfast.

Going to our room the lady didn’t mention that when we get off the elevator that the ceiling was exposed and was leaking. Stains on the blankets and hair in the bathroom
