Very good breakfast

We had to switch rooms 3 times but they were very kind

I do not recommend this hotel. The area and cleanliness of the hotel is extremely unsatisfactory, the pictures online do not represent this hotel appropriately.

Area was terrible. Rude staff. Room and hotel smelled horrible. Pool was filthy and filled with hair and debris. Towels were not very clean looking or smelling. Elevator barely worked and ice machines were nasty. Will not be back. I would like a refund honestly.

Breakfast was nasty pool was dirty and they had like the ceiling open in pool area hella mold in room around bathroom fan. Staff was short and wanted to rush you through everything.

The small in the room is unbearable plus the room is infected with small roaches

The staff are EXTREMELY nice, polite and welcoming this is the saving grace of this hotel. The hotel inside was clean for the most part you can tell this is a older hotel that is getting updated slowly.

Area was ruff. Hotel was run down. Bathroom needs a lot of repair. Air conditioner couldn’t keep up. Breakfast terrible. Front desk staff unfriendly. Employees parked at the front entrance their whole shift blocking the way for people to unload.

There was severe water damage in the bathroom, mold in the walls. There was also a odor in the room and elevator!

Nothing about this hotel is good. The smell, the quality, the staff, nothing works. Firealarms kept going off. Avoid at all cost

Wasn’t great the pool was very disgusting and was unable to use. We was also stuck in elevator for over 45 mins without help although we repeatedly pushed the call button.

we got a room in second floor. airconditioning wasnt working properly or not maintained. It stayed at 90+ degrees for few hours. Staff couldnt accomidate any other rooms. we had to leave and go to another hotel.

i was huniliated and my friend was told to leave the property, i was charged bogus fees on top of what i had already paid to stay the week. the way i was approached by the staff was very unprofessional and i did not feel safe staying there. they tried to charge me more fees and i was asked to leave if i did not pay the additional 175 which was ridiculous especially after already paying an additional 275 already after i arrived. i asked for a refund and they said they would refund my money in 3 to 5 days. 7 days later i called back and was told the money was refunded already. it still has not been refunded. this was the worst motel experience ive ever had. i paid for a week and got to stay one night and was never refunded the additional fees or the original price. if i canceled for no reason i would understand, but to be treated so poorly and charged additional amounts and told to leave, i feel like i have been humiliated and robbed. i am pursuing legal remedy next. this is ridiculous. i

Clean room, nice staff, quite place

Worst stay ever I would not recommend this place to anyone

Room was actual very nice and cleanliness was par with many motels we stay at, but the property around the outside was trashy. Examples: Cigarette butts everywhere by front door and walkway. Trash around grounds and in bushes need picking up. Motel sign at driveway had been tipped over. Elevator was not working. Side entry keypad not working. Just some of the things that need attention. And finally, this La Quinta is not in the best part of town / neighborhood. We were traveling thru and unaware of the neighborhood had we known we would not have booked here.
