Airport was fairly close. Given a room on the 3rd floor (311) which had extreme smell of urine. Given room 315 and the 3rd floor had strong smell of pee. Nearly made me vomit. Had to catch early flight so was stuck for the night.

Not as pictured. Building not kept up. Area is not good. Missing door handles, not maintained, the whole building smelt like it was dowsed in cologne to cover some thing else up so much it irritated my eyes. Car door Jimmy found next to our car in the parking lot. Manager agreed to refund us for one night but we found another hotel right away.

They never returned my 50 dollars deposited money. Which is i think it stealing..... Staff wasn't nice and friendly

Updated and nice , only thing I can say I had a problem with if there was no microwave in the fridge was not cold at all, even all the way cold. No microwave and the refrigerator didn’t work. It melted my ice cream. A small thing of ice ice cream didn’t get cold at all.

I think it is very important to note the neighborhood where this hotel sits in Tulsa. Unfortunately, it is quite rough. I sat on the balcony with my adult son and we observed several drug deals and prostitution exchanges in the adjacent parking lot (O’Reilly Auto Parts). Things got worse when a fight broke out and we went inside, fearing that guns might be involved. I called the police and they seemed to not be surprised or terribly concerned. The room was fine, although the carpet was soaking wet in front of the bar sink. The staff were very friendly. It’s not a property you would want to go to if you are sensitive to crimes being committed in near proximity and very shady behavior in the surrounding area. But, it is a really good price and we loved to tell about the experience!

It is not located in a safe neighborhood so expect police activity and unhomed individuals walking near at night to avoid accidents

The hotel was not good. The staff wasnt helpful. The room stunk and the remote to the tv didnt even work.

The breakfast was decent, the room was clean Area seemed a little rough (shady)

The location Breakfast was dismal. The tub surface was falling apart. There were holes in the towels.

First room smelled like urine

We left before breakfast. When we drove in there were hookers and pimps walking around all over. The only upside to the stay is we didn't find bed bugs in the beds.

Passable

Very dirty. Linen, mattress, microwave, frig, tub were all filthy. I check out a day early because the room cleanliness was intolerable.

Place was ran down! The shower made a loud noise! Room stunk like mildew and AC did not get cold.

A ceiling piece fell. The hotel staff woman pushed it to the side, but made no attempt to clean it up. It was still there the next day.
