Location, staff and pool Need bigger trash cans… or at least bags in them in the room. I had 2 babies… double diapers. All in all not a big issue bc we just used the laundry bag, however there are some that lack problem solving skills.

Everything was great until breakfast. No good bananas or yogurt, single choice of pastry (muffin) was dry and no taste and the oatmeal, while cooked, had a lot of excess water. We asked for a less than very overripe banana and the very nice lady said that was the best and she had informed managers before. We ate at 6:30am so it wasn’t that we ate late and it was ”picked over”. It just seemed like an abbreviated effort to make a continental breakfast. Very few tasty choices. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never experienced such a poor breakfast. The lady overseeing this was trying to make the best of what she was given to work with - not hers, but management issue.

Absolute worst place ever. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful at all.

Very nice room, friendly staff, nice linens. Easy shuttle to the airport. $8 per day parking while you're gone. I expected airport noise, and it was there... but the air conditioner in the room was kind of noisy too. Overall, a great place!

Literally steps away from the airport -- perfect for our 5AM flight :/ It was perfect for our needs.

This hotel is EXCELLENT!! Right AT Tulsa Airport. Rooms are clean and very comfy. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel if you're needing to stay over and catch a flight. Everything was great.

We were exhausted and on the road all day and were very relieved for friendly faces (even late) and a clean hotel. I have no complaints!

This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Parking and dropping rental car at airport was very easy . Left early for flight so we missed breakfast but very nice staff and nice clean room
