Quaint, clean atmosphere with a good breakfast. Took a bit to understand parking, but we were able to pay for one hour on the curb just catty corner and then it was free for weekend. That was golden as our event was walking distance!

Cute little art deco inspired hotel. No complaints about it. Parking is on the street or a free for all if you don’t use valet.

I like the fact it was in walling distance to many important sites. Loved how the hotel was on the corner of the screen. Very elegant and look beautiful from the moment you walked it. Love everything. Not one complain

This is a great hotel. No frills, but clean, well-maintained, and in the perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go in downtown Tulsa. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

THE BEDS WERE COMFY, ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. CHECK IN EASY. MY MAIN ISSUE IS THAT I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE WEBSITE STATES THE BAR AND RESTAURANT WERE OPEN TIL 11PM ON SATURDAY NIGHT. THE MAJORITY OF THE HOTEL WAS THERE FOR THE SAME CONCERT EVENT. WE EVEN ASKED THE BARTENDER BEFORE WE LEFT AND HE TOLD US OF COURSE IF A BUSY NIGHT WE STAY OPEN LATER THAN 11 EVEN. AS SOON AS THE CONCERT ENDED I EVEN CALLED (WE HAD A UNDER 10 MINUTE WALK BACK). IT WAS 10:15 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE COOK AND THE BARTENDER BOTH DECIDED TO CLOSE JUST BEFORE 10!!!!!! WE WERE STARVING AND OBVIOUSLY SO WAS MOST OF THE HOTEL! UBER EATS FINALLY GOT FOOD TO US AROUND 12:15 A.M!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SURE!!!

The floor was dirty and under the bed needed to be swept- lots of stuff under it. The shower water was cold and no body wash in the container, otherwise everything was great.
