Clean rooms clean property downtown high rise. Very nice place to stay!

Free airport shuttle was top notch. Room was clean and bed were comfortable. Hotel rooms are on the older side but everything was clean and linens were fresh. Staff was so friendly (we used bell hop, shuttle, housekeeping, front desk and room service—- everyone was so nice). Will absolutely stay again!

Not very accommodating accessible units. Toilet was not easily accessible and tub/shower did not have an adjustable shower wand. Expected better from a Hyatt brand

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. The staff was wonderful and helpful and my family really enjoyed both the pool and the gym. Also having an amazing coffee shop downstairs was the cherry on top!

Clean rooms, great staff

Loved The Avery, the restaurant on site. The staff were welcoming and friendly for the most part. The only issue I ran into was not being able to use the hotel validation for parking after adding it to my room.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was especially nice. I was sick to my stomach when I came in on the Fourth of July night. I called the front desk and asked if they sold tums or anything else along that line. They didn’t have anything. They sent up a can of ginger ale, and that did the trick! They went above and beyond to help me out and I appreciated it!

There was no indication of the hotel being a 21+ check in so I had bought a stay and was refused check in but still have not been refunded as they said. Terrible service.

After years of traveling to OKC for business I discovered this hotel about two years ago and have not stayed at a different place since! Staff is very friendly, they remember you and go out of their way to improve your stay. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay!

Room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioned was very quiet and not under the window like the lower class properties. Very walkable to work and entertainment.

The hotel itself was really nice and it was very convenient to have a full restaurant onsite. I didn't use any of the other amenities, so can't comment on those.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle to airport was easy to get to. Bed was great! Clean room. There is a spa and restuarant there. I will use that the next time I go. It was worth every penny!
