Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

All of the staff were very nice and the building was pretty clean, but obviously very old. The pool was a lot smaller in person than it looked in pictures and it was very crowded.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We ate breakfast at The Avery, the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good. Close to the Arts district and easy walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, downtown close to food!! Easy parking!! Highly recommended for a quick little getaway!!

Best hotel to stay at in Tulsa for an event at the BOK or downtown. Top notch stay!

Our experience at the Hyatt was top-notch! My husband and I arrived a lot later than we had originally anticipated and the staff was more than accommodating. When we arrived (in the middle of the night) there was one person available who was handling multiple duties. Due having to wait while he assisted another guest, he provided us with complimentary self-parking and hotel breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was not only a chef's kiss, but the staff and service was exceptional! Hubby and I travel a lot and we have been typically loyal to Hilton properties. However after this experience compared to some unfavorable experiences at Hilton, we may have just found our perfect match with Hyatt!

Quiet stay I recommend a room at the highest levels to get away from street noise. Staff was great.

The charge for parking is excessive, if you stay in the lot overnight don't use the receipt the machine gives you, press the lost ticket button, you won't be charged for 2 days

My room wasn’t ready even though I was checking in 3 hours later than expected. The staff gave us vouchers for the restaurant. That was customer service at its best!

I didn't like having to pay for parking but the property was very nice.

However, the air conditioner in our room rattled and made noise all night. I was in a situation where I really did not want to change rooms. Perhaps they would have changed the room, but I did not ask. I did report that the ice machine directly across the hall was out of order. The hotel desk said that perhaps it was unplugged and they would report it to maintenance. Of course, this was on Friday and by Sunday, nothing had been done. I was able to go to the next floor and get ice, but why? I paid good money for the room and wanted ice available. I did not think that was asking too much for a storied and reputable hotel chain like the Hyatt. Also the parking garage was a hassle- If you choose to stay here, it might be best to find out all the details about the price of the parking garage vs. valet. We did not and perhaps it would have been cheaper to not pay the $21 a day required to park in the garage and have unlimited entrance and exit.

Them upon reserving the room and they were so wonderful and upgraded us to an amazing suite and they put rose pedals on our bed and in the room ,and banners for my wife’s bday as well , we have always had a wonderful experience there and the staff is incredibly nice , thoughtful and I would highly recommend anyone wanting incredible rooms , lthe Avery restaurant and bar is amazing and they have the Spa and coffee shop , and your walking distance to everything you could want , love it
