The Mayo Hotel

A wonderful property with a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the rooftop terrace was a bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Well appointment and location. Rooms do not have drinking glasses. Front desk said this is standard. Surprised, can’t rinse mouth or take meds but they include a wine bottle opener.

Beautifully restored hotel. Rooms were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and personable. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but plan to next time. The bar was a fun experience too.

Location...and spectacular architecture. The HVAC was so noisy....I could not hear my husband snoring when the HVAC turned on.

for a concert at the BOK Center and spent the night. Beautiful lobby area with big comfy chairs and sofas. Staff very helpful. 1925 bar area very cozy. Our bartender made amazing cocktails. Only draw back, closed at 10 pm.... Room ( Double Queen ) with extremely comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to T Town !! Highly recommend.

Very comfy beds, great pillows and new, fluffy towels. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Our room was near the elevator so we heard that. Our sound machine helped in that regard. Rooms could use more lighting!!

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came there the night after our wedding. The entire experience was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel, very modern but also retains its grand facade. Bedroom was fantastic and the people were lovely. Not a lot open around it and the temperature outside made walking difficult. Not the hotels fault of course. The rooftop garden was not open which was disappointing as I consider that to be a highlight. To be fair it was labour day so exceptionally little open

When we went to the front desk, the management staff were essentially laughing about the situation and told us there was nothing they could do. They offered us a complimentary drink card, but did not offer to move us to another room. It then took approximately 45 minutes for someone to come clean up the mess, meaning we were left dealing with the situation well into the night. For the price we paid, I expected much better customer service and a much more professional response from management. Unfortunately, this experience left us extremely disappointed.

This is a beautiful majestic hotel , staff was superb and the interior was overwhelming. Room was fantastic and reminded us of the glorious hotels in Europe of the golden age. Would definitely stay here again.
