Clean room, staff was very helpful

The electricity went out. No offer of assistance. No flashlights or back up plan. They over sold an event and again had no back up plan. Underwhelming given the hype
-
Historic property. Bar and food prices pretty high for Tulsa. Loved the music scene!
-
Definitely didn’t like the emergency exits being locked

This was a wonderful hotel and restaurant.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was great! I loved the coffee shop! Only bad thing about the property is that almost all restaurants in the area close at 3

Everything!

The hotel has been restored after decades of neglect- because it is a 100 year old historic site there are compromises to the restoration. the memorabilia that had been used to enhance the hallways and common areas is quite interesting. The staff were generally very responsive especially the valets and bar/restaurant staff. The front desk at times did not answer the phone or put you on hold...and forgot you. Information provided on Booking.com was inadequate and it was hard to find details on the links to the hotel website. We reserved a suite with full kitchen but no where did we see that the kitchen was not fully stocked. Apparently, you bring your own cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, etc OR pay extra for their 'kitchen in a box" that included the bare minimum service for 2 and cheap pans. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and several time 'missed' our room so we had to wait for service.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again.

The lobby of this hotel is stunning but the rooms are incredibly outdated for the cost. We spent only one night here and the ceiling leaked all night, you could feel every spring in the bed and there was mold in the shower. Was very disappointed in the stay.
-
The room was huge and clean. AC felt good - effective AC is important these days. All in all, a quick, great stay.

When I called it in at 4.am they offered to send a tech, but I declined. The bathroom mirror was flashing like a stroboscope making it impossible to shave and the shower was super filthy with brown dirt or mold in the corners. Before checking out,I talked to Cliff at the front desk who started writing something ( a report I assume) and then handed me a coupon for a free cup of coffee. When I suggested he could at least give me a free breakfast he declined, saying he couldn’t. When I asked for the breakfast room,he pointed down the hall, which led me to a small Starbucks like area,so there was no real breakfast to be had. By the pictures,it looks like they have a nice restaurant there, but maybe it’s not part of the hotel? Like the bar, where I enjoyed a quick cocktail the night before, where I could not put the charge on my room. Btw,don’t stay here for the location ,downtown is run down and empty, like a ghost town with a few zombies

Beautiful hotel. Great staff! Nice big rooms!
-
The room was incredibly spacious and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable. Location was a big plus for this hotel, as it was very near our planned activities.

Great clean rooms, friendly staff

They have a penthouse bar and another bar near the lobby. There is a store inside that has another small bar and you can buy Starbucks coffee there too. There isn’t a whole lot to walk to nearby but there is a Vietnamese restaurant that you can walk to in under 5 mins that has good food.
