Pedestrian exits from underground parking could have been better marked. Not many toiletries offered in room (only one soap). I thought above-ground parking was free, but we were told it was $25. Might have been due to concert. Our biggest complaint was bar pricing. $15 per cocktail. Just a basic cocktail; nothing fancy. We had drinks at WXYZ before the show but when we saw those prices we walked elsewhere for drinks after show.

Bartender was amazing. She did a great job and was very helpful with information about the bar specials.

This hotel is well situated for events at the BOK center as well as other nearby venues. The decor was nice. The bar and lounge area was spacious. The only negative I think is the parking situation can be a little confusing trying to navigate around the buildings and find the underground parking garage. They could use better signage in this area.

No microwave

The old motorcycles and hot rod were the icing on the cake for me! That was amazing. The urban feel of the rooms was really a great touch. When I'm in Tulsa, OK, I'll for sure be staying at the Aloft again.

Excellent. It was the first time I have been in a room set up that way and I loved it! The noise from the air conditioner. But I do realize that is the nature of the beast.

Close and convenient My air conditioner couldn’t keep up in the room. It stayed 78 during the day did get down to 72 over night. I had a corner suite and they were at 100% capacity.

Everything was exceptional! The staff were amazing! The room was super cute, it was equipped with everything we needed as well! Loved the safety of the parking behind a locked gate! Thanks to the staff we had a pleasant time in the hotel everybody was very friendly and helpful we going back for sure

Entrance to the lobby is through the gated parking lot. The location is perfect and the rooms are highly comfortable and clean. The room has a fridge and a safe. They have a convenient snack pantry in the lobby and a nice, shallow pool (4 ft max). $15 charge for 2 water bottles? The biggest issue is management. I was hit with a mysterious $15 charge. Customer service claimed it was for pantry items, which is false. I asked if it was for the in-room water bottles, but they ghosted my emails. They also completely ignored my inquiries to the cleaning department about a lost item. Fantastic physical property, but the customer service is nonexistent. Immensely disappointed. They failed to restock pool towels for two days straight. Parking requires a fee.

I was on the 1st floor with a group of annoying jungle people running all over the floor, shouting and screaming, I did not sleep until 4am. I tried to contact lobby but unsuccessfully.
