La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa Downtown/Route 66

Parking was limited and difficult on Saturday. Not enough parking spaces. Room was clean Friday and nice. Air conditioning began showing the entrance starting at one one the morning and by 3 am had to have maintenance bring bucket and towels to clean up. The phone in the room didn’t work , so had to go to front desk for help. The TV remote was missing and the shower did not work properly. Another room had be provided on the 5th floor with guest in the other rooms with dogs. Room was not as clean and comfortable. Tough weekend for us. Staff tried hard to resolve the problems but it was still a hard weekend to get through.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Also, everyone should know that there is a $10.00 parking fee.

Decent property in downtown Tulsa location by hospital. Dog friendly with breakfast included. Parking available but was a reasonable $10/night.

It was nice It doesn’t have a pool

Won’t have any sort of hot water. So don’t go if you plan to shower the temp handle will just spin in circles and very understaffed. Didn’t even get our room clean being there 5 nights had to ask for bathroom towels every day

It was a nice hotel in a fairly decent location, close to the BOK stadium. Nice & professional staff! Did have an issue with no hot water in my room and called down to front desk they offered to switch us rooms but declined as we already Lysol our room and was tired from long drive. Other than we took cold showers hotel was nice!

Great location and building. Rooms are nice breakfast is decent. Staff helpful.

Hotel is in a great location for activities downtown. Staff were friendly and parking was $10 per day, which is not bad for the area.

Terrible hotel with terrible management. I didnt get the room I request. I am being giving the run around between the hotel and expedia on who will refund me. Im never using either one again.

Great stay

The staff at the front desk were exceptional, it was nice to see a familiar face once again. The check in process was fast. We were offered a later check out time which was really helpful. And no carpet on the floors which is a bonus, no musty smell. The fan for the air conditioner was really loud, made for a restless sleep on the first night, then we got used to the noise. The bathtub faucet leaked, maybe the cleaning staff knew about this?

Highly impressed with staff and rooms!

Great clean large suite. 2 queens and a sofa bed. Mini fridge, microwave, usual amenities. Ice only on lobby and 5th floors but not an issue. Small sundry area by check in area. Large breakfast area with small and large waffles and everything else. Juices, coffee, different stuff. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, etc. friendly staff.

We arrived to the property in a downpour. Got parked with multiple attempts in the extremely tight parking lot. The clerk checking us in was very nice and courteous. All staff were helpful and positive.
