La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa Downtown/Route 66

Easy to locate the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful in all things. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the town from our room.

The room was clean and spacious. The fan for the AC was very loud and the toilet also seemed very noisy

Location was perfect for our trip, the room was clean and well stocked and breakfast was great. We had a great stay. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Went during construction of downtown area so it was a lot of debris and delays getting around.

Clean, good location. Shower didn’t function properly (only at a trickle) and upon reporting when we discovered it in the morning, we were not offered an alternative location to shower. So we decided to pack up and go through our day as clean as we could make ourselves, as we really didn’t have an option. Staff did email back and claimed they chose not to make an offer to correct the issue with us because it was when we were checking out, however, this was not the case, as issues were reported between 8:30 and 9:40 am with online check out being completed afterwards at 9:15, which their records would verify.

The hotel is convenient to the Route 66 attractions and historic Route. There is a $10/ night fee for self parking. We had a corner room (2 windows) which was very comfortable

Exceptional

Lovely room on the corner with dual aspect. Room was big and spotlessly clean, nice soft towels. Breakfast was fine. A lovely relaxing stay.

Location was not straight forward - could not go from and return to by a single route. Paying for parking. Check-in staff held up the key packet to show me in a way everyone around me could also see. Safety violation. Overpriced for what you got.

The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown so no place to walk around. The fan in the room is loud and when the fan is on you can’t hear the tv.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The first front desk staff didn’t get my room key activated so I had to go back down and get it activated. The walls were thin so we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms unless the very loud AC was on. The breakfast was nice and checkout was easy.

The staff were excellent, especially the friendly and competent young man who checked us in on arrival. He even went out of his way to acknowledge my wife's birthday. The room was very nice and very functional. The breakfast was great to start the day. However, it might help to add some fruits to the buffet for those guests who prefer that in the morning. Parking was adequate, and the location provides easy driving access to the downtown area.
