Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. There’s 25 parking spots right behind the building so if it is t available, you have to park in the garage, parking fee is $20.Washer and dryer is available but you need quarters ($2:00 each)

Good location, comfortable room and good breakfast. My only complaint would be that the coffee in the urns was not hot enough

Short stay and staff was helpful with good breakfast in the morning.

Great job from Front Desk staff.. Shower door off track..Someone attempted to remove black strip underneath night before end of stay, and entire doorknob the last night of stay. Parking

The receptionists were excellent, the breakfast was tasty and the location is the best. I wish they had more fresh fruits and healthier options for breakfast.

Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. Pancake mix ,crumbs on counters. Stayed three nights and went to breakfast the first morning. I did not return after that. Just personal preference I would NOT stay here again.

Great location for events at BOK center and downtown, Tulsa.

Hotel was close to other locations Front counter check in staff was rude when we arrived

We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks. We stood there forever waiting, phones ringing, not a single person at the front desk. When someone finally appeared, they said they were out of pillows & blankets. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not the best

When booking, we clearly stated we needed a room for 3 individuals so we would be using the fold out sleeper sofa. No bedding or pillows were in the room, we asked the front desk and the provided us with blankets but no pillows. It seemed to be a common issue, as numerous visitors had the same issue asking for the same items. Went down later to get pillows, and no one as at the front desk and there was a significant line of customers needing something. I gave up and just went back to the room. I saw one employee on the elevator but never at the front desk. I would recommend another hotel.

Great location if you are going to go to BOK.. Its a walk if you want to go to any nightlife
-
A little outdated! But only 3 mins walking from the front door of the hotel to the BOK center. Excellent location.

Great stay, walked to our concert. Parking was extremely tight but that’s the only minor inconvenience

The rooms were clean & nice but could have used a trash can in the rooms, not just in the bathrooms (There were a total of (2) rooms rented). We arrived Friday evening & left on Sunday morning. My grandson enjoyed the pool & others enjoyed breakfast. The staff was great. There were only a few things that could've been better: 1) We had puppies & were told there was a grassy area behind the hotel where we parked that we could take them to do their business, however an angry security guard ambushed my fiancé the first time he took them out & really got in his face about it not being part of the hotel, rather than just letting him know nicely. We did let the hotel staff know, so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else, also our bathroom door was a sliding "barn" door & if you pulled on it & it slide too fast it would literally slide off the railing & the door would obviously be off the track & the window blind came off the track in our room so we were unable to open it up more than 6" to let sunlight in the room for our puppies while we went out for a couple hours (we did let the staff know) ~ In the 2nd room; the lighting in the entry way did not work, the toilet didn't work on the second night & there was a cable issue but staff had it all fixed immediately. Lastly, we were on the 7th floor & our family members in the 2nd room stated that the street noise was very loud both nights, keeping them up past 1 a.m., not good as we had to be up early both days. :(
