DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown

This was an outstanding two night stay. The staff was excellent, the room was great, and the location was great for me.

The property was great! The entire staff (housekeepers, front desk, restaurant workers) was friendly and helpful the entire stay. Will definitely stay again!

Besides that everything else was great.

Hotel was busy but staff were friendly and helpful.

Great walkway to the convention center from the hotel. Good pool for the kids.

This was an overpriced dump. Not close to any restaurants, the room was old and dated. Worn out chairs, no hot water, just a dump. And for the price I paid, we were ripped off.

No complimentary lobby coffee. I did sleep really well; bed is cozy and the place is quiet!

Came to Tulsa for Juneteenth and to visit the Greenwood Memorial.- location was perfect. We found the hotel to be very well maintained. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was clean. King bed comfortable and the shower had great pressure. No bathroom fan to eliminate steam and the tub faucet leaked a little. We would definitely stay again. And…you can’t beat a welcoming warm cookie.

Property used to be nice 25 years ago. A lot of age is setting in. Wallpaper is letting loose. Carpet was filthy in our room. Bed was tired. Drain in shower didn’t drain. Using a card to use the elevator sucked. Big thing was we had to pay for a hotel breakfast was kinda of a slap in the face. I stay at a lot of Marriotts and Hiltons and never see this staying at 30 plus nights a year. Front desk staff was awsome and so were the guys in the hotel shuttle vans.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, we checked-in late with no problems, there were options for late-night snacks and I was surprised how quiet it was. The following morning, the lobby was lively with a conference and the location felt safe (which was only a slight concern because we were unfamiliar with the city.) The staff that we communicated was friendly and welcoming.

The location All the kids! They were wholly unsupervised. Walking around in groups after midnight. In areas they shouldn't have been. Yelling and screaming long past the 10pm cutoff for shenanigans! The parents should have been warned and then shown the door!

Could've been better but the staff was amazing and so helpful.

Our room was beautiful. But no hot water in the morning for showers

Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They couldn't refund due to me paying my stay thru Expedia and the only thing they can do was give me stars. My account doesn't reflect any stars from them and it's been a week since. They told me it was a fully booked night and usually don't book anyone in that room because of the maintance room next door. I booked a whole week in advance. This is also not my first time at this hotel but will unfortunatly be my last.
