Booked this room for the walkability to Cain's and the Art District. The street noise in the room was pretty terrible until about 1AM. Lots of yelling from the bar crowds outside. Not at all a peaceful night's sleep. The shower showed signs of yeast/red fungus. The elevator makes a bang as you pass the 2nd level. For a $300/night room I expected better. Next time, I'll just book a property elsewhere.

Great location in the Arts District, numerous walkable restaurants in area, two blocks from the Tulsa Theater, nicely furnished and comfortable room, friendly check-in staff, basically all we hoped for. Neighbor turned on tv sometime late after we were sleeping, to a level that kept us from sleeping and could be heard in the hallway. No one at the desk to assist with a complaint at 3:30 - 4 AM. Great spot for a downtown weekend! We walked the neighborhood and discovered great food and nightlife all around!! The room was clean and comfortable! Will stay here again!

I only stayed two days and didn’t use housekeeping or anything. It was walking distance to restaurants and the beds were comfy
