The two ladies working the desk were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when our AC wasn’t working in our room. They were the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The AC in our first room didn’t work. We were switched rooms and it worked better. The lighting in our 2nd room was pretty dim. Would have been nice to have more lighting.

Breakfast had good selection of items The swimming pool had dim lighting. Check-in and out needed to be done on the 2nd floor.

Great location, staff polite, see below. We had a problem with our booking; the hotel did not recognise it, so we had to spend at least 30 minutes on the phone with booking. com and the hotel staff. Not sure whose fault this was: the hotel or booking.com. I suspect the hotel, as they had just changed their system, and we had stayed in 20 hotels in the US on this trip, all booked with booking.com with no issues. I had to cancel the booking and rebook directly with the hotel and pay again. Eventually, I got the money back from booking.com.

Great location if attending the Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan museums/Centers. Close to Black Wallstreet, too. A few live music venues just steps away. Can even walk to downtown!
