Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa Downtown by IHG

This place was great! Convenient location. Parking is behind the hotel and you have to walk up and down stairs or walk a block if taking the elevator. They started closing the breakfast entry a few minutes before the cutoff, so don't be late!

Great location. Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel is clean and well maintained. We came into town to watch the Drillers⚾️. We only had to walk 1/2 a block to ONEOK FIELD.

Good breakfast, staff was great, but my room (316) has some issues. Cable TV didn't work, and the shower also had some issues.

My family and I make a trip to Tulsa every June for the Jazz Festival, and we always choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The combination of the outstanding staff and the hotel's convenient location near so many attractions makes every visit enjoyable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or anything else we may need during our stay. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrive. One of the things we love most is how easy it is to meet people here. Whether it's the staff or fellow guests, everyone is friendly, and conversations seem to happen naturally. It truly adds to the overall experience. Very clean and easy walking distance to many attractions of down town Tulsa. Property is clean, staff is welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was very spectacular and huge breakfast was very good the room was clean anything we need from the staff they will help us even when we was locked out of our room they helped us get in there

The location was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful It wasn’t the property it was the load party going on keeping my family up all night. And also paying to park $19 but there was a sign stating it was $10. We were only there 1 night

Fantadtic hotel in a great location for soccer, baseball and Greenwood riding museum. hotel was immaculate and beds were so comfy - wish I could have taken a pillow home! Breakfast was delicious and topped up regularly. Gor the coffee drinkers they had costa coffee available and tea 25/7!

Location was very convenient to Driller stadium which was good since the purpose of our trip was to attend a baseball game. Only complaint is that one of the treadmills in the fitness center was not working.

Everything It was hard to get luggage to the hotel cause parking was in the parking deck. Should have a bridge from the hotel to the parking deck.

Heart of downtown walking distance to Cains ballroom. Cool area

Clean room, great staff

The property is by far one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff were amazingly welcoming, knowledgeable of the events in the city and accommodating. I felt safe on the property. The breakfast staff were great also. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved how the team communicated via text in reference to changes I found not having an attached garage to be a bit tedious. The first level of the parking garage apparently is rented out to the businesses in the area leaving the second floor open for parking.

The Hotel itself was perfectly located for all my needs for the weekend. The breakfast daily was GREAT as well! I liked my room, even though 2 of the lights did NOT work, but I didn’t really need them too. For this particular reason alone, I rated the staff as horrible. My Apple air pods were stolen off the desk. The young lady I reported it t, told me that she was going to check into it and call my room. No call, but I will be contacting someone, because there is a thief among them and that does NOT sit well with me!! I know you guys know which person works each floor and rooms!
