Ambassador Inn and Suites Tuscaloosa

Stopped in for 2. nights to get the kiddo in school. Great spot for the price .

Nice clean property rooms are good size staff was nice. Breakfast room is a little small has hot waffles bagels toast, cereal juices.

Stayed there a couple nights. Easy to get to and close to dining and shopping. Kind of no frills but priced as that. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was decent. Breakfast was pretty simple - not really any warm options. Location is on the south side of Tuscaloosa but we had no issues with it. Had stayed there before so knew what to expect. Approx 10 mins from U of Alabama.

It was Ok. The carriers carpet was dirty, and our room had no bath towels. The front desk provided the wrong wifi password. Other than that, it was fine.

Loved our stay. Everything was great. Clean room, fresh clean towels and sheets, and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We check the filters in the air conditioners when we stay in hotels and they were very dirty. We cleaned them ourselves with a cloth bc we tried to use their vacuum and it didn’t work. Other than that it was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Their idea of a continental breakfast was all carbs. The only protein set out was a hard boiled egg that you had to peel yourself. It was the saddest continental breakfast I’ve ever seen served.

Room was fairly clean. Refrigerator didn’t work. Carpet had large cut out patched area. Stain on entry tile. We may have just gotten a bad room??Breakfast was minimal. Location was good.

Did not go down for breakfast, room was good and comfortable. Parking was convenient and well lit. Will be staying again when I'm in town.

I throughoughly enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador Inn and Suites. The front desk staff were welcoming and one of the staff members Lisa was very nice! My room was clean and fresh, as well as the lobby, kudos to the housekeeper and her helpful sidekick who are committed to maintaining a clean hotel. I came for a bicycle ride so my only concern was the microwave seemed outdated (dial operated and there is no timer or bell notifying you the food is cooked. The refrigerator and freezer was cold but wasn't able to keep frozen food I brought cold enough. The temperature dial I think may have been broken, because level 7 seemed just as cold as level 1. In general my stay was amazing and would recommend anyone making a reservation. The TV was very nice and the bed is very comfortable! Also, I recommend eating a lot Tziki Cafe (falafel bowl and Greek salad) for lunch/dinner (delicious) and Just Love Coffee Cafe (Choco Loco and avocado toast) near the University for a great breakfast, both leas than a 15 min drive.

I’ve been going here for years & it’s usually a good experience. They have new owners & need to update the property now to make it a better place.

Breakfast was terrible.

The man at the front desk desk had an attitude and something was bitting me in the room they didn’t allow me to go get my belongings when I checked out the man at the front desk didn’t want to make me a key to go get my belongings

The room was okay the tub was dirty and the sink was dirty as well.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we're in Tuscaloosa. This facility is clean. The beds are so comfortable! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, interstate access. We're seniors and appreciate the quietness and free breakfast that's available. We choose this location over facilities with pools for the restful atmosphere.

The room was really clean and the staff was very helpful.

Convenient location. Great stay for the price.
