Everything was exceptional!

Mistakenly made reservation with this property called within five minutes of making to cancel and refused to cancel reservation.

I enjoyed a peaceful evening Facility Clean No problems Staff should be more patient. Explaining things before swiping your card. When it comes to someone money you should have empathy .

Breakfast closes before stated time but staff opened door so I could have breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay !!!!

The breakfast was good. Lamp shade needed to be replaced. Also, window curtains needed attention. Issues with an area of carpet, they were working on it. Bathroom was clean.

Ok The smell when you walk in the hotel and the lien wasn’t clean . I was over it at this point and I left .

I had to get my room keys replaced multiple times in a 2 day stay because they quit working. The internet only works when you are in the lobby and the deposit of $60 per room, well I have called 4 times to speak with the manager and each time I am told they are not there so I have been unable to get my deposit back.

It was an adequate place. Nice room.

We stayed at Ambassador Inn as a stop during our road trip. Clean room, well-working shower, microwave and refrigerator, drinking water fountain (to refill our water bottles) and the proximity to the Interstate were all very helpful. Staff were friendly, too. Would stay again.
