Breakfast was great! And my family had a great time at the pool Room wasn’t ready when it was checked in time

The location was great and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

I liked it all. Rooms big and nice. Good breakfast and super nice staff.

We needed more towels and wash cloths in our room. Probably could have just asked for more but if you book a room for 4 people, looks like they would have enough in the room for 4 people to take a shower. Not a big deal though. Shower was nice and big with good water pressure. Handle on bathroom door was loose and door was heavy(sliding door) making it hard to open or close

Bed was very comfortable - room was nice. Some road noise but not too bad. Breakfast was ok - staff had trouble keeping up with the number of guests - good ran out - was not really hot. But overall the place was great - we would stay there again

The room size was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner cooled the room perfectly and wasn't too loud. The shower was pretty and worked well. Great water pressure! I liked having the shampoo/conditioner/body wash already in there. Having a makeup remover wipe on the counter was a nice touch. I don't think the sofa was vacuumed after the last guest and their pet left. There was a good bit of hair on the cushion. The bathroom door is glass and faced the bed. It made it difficult to use the restroom during the night without being disturbing to my husband. There was no small night light to help you see the toilet.

I liked that the staff who was at the front desk on May 13th when I check in after 6pm was very nice. He was very friendly. While assisting the person before us he still made sure he greeted us. He was very professional. I loved that the rooms were very clean and comfy. Very nice hotel, and was located where there was plenty stores in that area and variety of restaurants to choose from. It was in a great location and very quiet. It wasn't far from the coliseum that we visited and attended for my nephew high school graduation. I recommend this hotel stay if you happen to visit Tuscaloosa. Lobby was very clean as well. Next time I visit Tuscaloosa I will be returning to this location. There was nothing I didn't like
