Manger is very rude and was mad because I wanted to extend my stay a day early and decided to ban me and my kids due to his difficult way of explaining his business

No time

Before booking, hotel was called to verify pool was clean and open. The person on duty lied and said it was, we got there checked in and saw it wasn't available and I checked out the same day as check-in but system has charged for both nights stay when we didn't get to stay 1 night.

Nice staff, good breakfast, convenient location. Disappointed that the pool was closed two of the three days we were there, fitness center closed, WiFi was not reliable as it kept going in and out and signal was weak, unable to complete any work due to WiFi, very few cable channels to watch. Floors were also very dirty

The room was spacious and very clean - the only drawback was that the A/C did not cool as much as I had experienced in my previous stay.

Horrible experience. Was given room keys twice that didn’t work, then was given a different room and someone was asleep in the bed, then was given a different room and the AC didn’t work, then was given another room and the fridge didn’t work. My card was charged twice, once by hotels.com where I actually paid, and then they ran my card at the hotel without my consent and said they didn’t realize I had already paid. I’ve tried to call and speak to someone bc I believe I need to be reimbursed in some way. Was put on hold and no one ever came back.

The hotel was okay for a last minute stay but the room was not clean as well like it’s supposed to be. We had multiple problems with the key cards but the manager Courtney was a big help! I just wish it would’ve been cleaned more properly.

I liked that the location was near my family I came to visit. I didn't like that the area was drug infested and people knocking on doors all night. That was scary for a mother traveling with two minor female children.

Very dirty and run down

The lady at the desk Courtney was really nice when we checked out and the young black man was really helpful also when we checked in didnt get his name but they both welcomed us and I will be back if I ever come tk Tuscaloosa again.. One of the workers that clean the rooms skinny white girl with piercings in her face is very rude. She cursed the whole time I feel like if you don't like your occupation yoh should find something else because her bad vibes and attitude can easily take others to the level shes on..if you are having a bad day then working for the public is not the place for you...

Staff was friendly, It was quiet and relaxing, I needed help and staff came right away, Clean room, ndd great breakfast. What more can I say. Oh, The pool was unavailable so if your booking for a nice swim don't do it.
