Listen. The staff here is great. Friendly, helpful, zero problems whatsoever with the staff. The manager was slow to respond to requests, but whatever. My real issue with this place is that they charged 4-star hotel prices (Alabama game day surge pricing, I guess, which is ridiculous) and apparently cannot be bothered to make sure even the basic expectations for a 2-star experience are met. I paid NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AMERICAN DOLLARS for what essentially amounted to a roof over my head and a hot shower. The room was not clean when I arrived. Dirty floors, dirty counters, dead insects (hey, at least they were dead, right?), and empty soap containers. The door was missing a top lock, but that didn’t matter, honestly, because even my own key wouldn’t admit me into the room. Twice, I had to ask the very friendly front desk attendant to replace my card keys or physically unlock the door for me because the keys demagnetized so easily. This happened in the middle of the night after I returned to the motel from a football game. Not fun to have to walk all the way around the building to bother the front desk guy (who again, was awesome) because management/ownership can’t be bothered to spend the money they’re extorting from people to maintain the property. Our AC unit worked, but made an awful whining noise that was so unbearable we had to turn it off. I wouldn’t wish a stay here on my worst enemy, basically. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Don’t stay here.

The over stay was ok . But the pictures to me was very disappointing to what we got. The rooms really need some attention. Our white socks were black after walking around in the rooms.

Outdated, holes in the wall, no service ever for 3 days, shower was never hot…my door did not lock!!!

Was never able to see it. GM, apparently, canceled my reservation after confirming 2 times. Stayed at a competing property. VERY poor Wyndham experience. General Manager

Leaky fridge, microwave not working. Bathroom malfunction

Ants in the bathroom and cockroaches in the rooms.

Towels and sheets were clean. Parking and interstate access is very convenient.

The fridge didn't work. The room was nasty, they charged me $100 for incidentals and the room was outdated

Contacted the property numerous times on a drive from Boston down to Tuscaloosa to say we’d be arriving at 3 AM and please make sure they didn’t list us as a no-show, which is exactly what happened. Took about 20 minutes to get checked in which is what we wanted to avoid then we were told we could have a late checkout only to be told at noon we needed to be out by 12:30. I would never stay at this property again.

The location was great and the room was reasonably clean. The pool stayed dirty and I was misled on the availability of it.

Rooms were nasty, Tub was peeled all up to the wall. Another room had poop all in the toilet

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like moldy, dirty, smoked-in rooms where the toilets run every three minutes consistently. This place is super yuck.
