Staff was very nice. Room was stuffy, AC was loud, very outdated room, uncomfortable pillows, moldy bathroom. Sadly not a place I would return to.

the staff were very nice, my room had a used diaper in it when I checked in. no water, towels or wipes in the gym. my room was not cleaned one day.....I was charged $15 for a 4 oz glass of wine.......

I love this place! 2nd time staying. When I knew I was going back to the area I didn't even look anywhere else. The staff is so accommodating and kind. The rooms are clean. I will be back!

It was ok for the occasion what are the no but had finger nails under phone in room and Starburst paper in the side of the bed

Only downside next to elevator which constantly sounded like someone was knocking on our door. Otherwise comfortable at reasonable price

Nice rooms hot water great

We did experience any issues except very early in the morning. Before we checked out of our room a part of the ceiling came crashing down due to water from the above room. The guest service staff came in to survey the situation and thanked us for letting them know what had occurred.

Our stay was ok at this facility. Our room was nice and clean. However, there must have been a leak in the ceiling that was poorly repaired because it looked as if the ceiling was about to fall in. The pool was open but it seemed as if the pumps weren’t working properly to circulate the water. Maybe we came at a time when renovations were underway.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was great and clean The he ice machine on the floor wasn’t worked and we had to go down to the first floor just to get ice .

When checking in the staff member charged me $108. I told her I paid on hotels and she ran the card anyway for that. When I saw it on my account she did fix it, eventually. I also noticed the security lock was absent in the door. She changed me rooms. The gym is sparse and tiny. The floors in both rooms were greasy they both had an odd smell. Not somewhere I will stay again.

Staff was amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming and very helpful when needed.

That I was back home in Tuscaloosa for a couple of days Shower and bathroom was not fully cleaned. Found hair in shower, bed pillows had dirt on them. Fridge wasnt cold, ice machine stopped making ice.
