Courtyard Tuscaloosa by Marriott

The bathroom floor appeared to not have been cleaned. I checked in and checked out of this room for 3 consecutive nights and the floor had dirt and hair on it. The shower head was broken. Wallpaper over bed was peeling. The threshold between the shower and floor was very dirty as well as the shower floor itself. The second day I checked in, the dirty washcloth had not been removed from the shower. The staff was friendly, but one young lady couldn’t figure out how much change to give for a $7.50 purchase when handed $10.

We did experience any issues except very early in the morning. Before we checked out of our room a part of the ceiling came crashing down due to water from the above room. The guest service staff came in to survey the situation and thanked us for letting them know what had occurred.

Our stay was ok at this facility. Our room was nice and clean. However, there must have been a leak in the ceiling that was poorly repaired because it looked as if the ceiling was about to fall in. The pool was open but it seemed as if the pumps weren’t working properly to circulate the water. Maybe we came at a time when renovations were underway.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was great and clean The he ice machine on the floor wasn’t worked and we had to go down to the first floor just to get ice .

Close to everything. Restaurants and UA Located right beside the highway. Very noisy and loud.

When checking in the staff member charged me $108. I told her I paid on hotels and she ran the card anyway for that. When I saw it on my account she did fix it, eventually. I also noticed the security lock was absent in the door. She changed me rooms. The gym is sparse and tiny. The floors in both rooms were greasy they both had an odd smell. Not somewhere I will stay again.

Staff was amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming and very helpful when needed.

That I was back home in Tuscaloosa for a couple of days Shower and bathroom was not fully cleaned. Found hair in shower, bed pillows had dirt on them. Fridge wasnt cold, ice machine stopped making ice.

The a.c. Seemed to go out at night my second time staying there & experiencing that. Hot at night in room. A.c. Wasn’t blowing well.

The room was clean just the balcony needs cleaning

The King Room had plenty of extra space and the bed/bedding was comfortable. They have a bar and made to order breakfast, and although I did not need either it is a far better option than a continental breakfast
