No cups in the room

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent; being tucked behind a small forest away from the road makes it wonderfully quiet and perfect for a good night's rest. While the room was generally clean, I did find a hair in the bed, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping. Regarding breakfast, the hot food was well-prepared, but the overall selection was a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels in the network, specifically due to the limited yogurt options and lack of warm pastries. Despite these minor issues, I had positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great greeting immediately. Pillow cases were wrinkled and couldn’t get breakfast due to someone having an accident. That was the biggest disappointment.

The room I was in had socks in the “closet”, an opened men’s underwear package where the hairdryer goes in the bathroom, men’s shavings on the sink that had not been cleaned and my sheets were not on my bed right. I had to completely remake my bed the sheets were on sideways. They weren’t fully on is how I noticed. Towels weren’t put out by the pool anytime that myself and my children were utilizing it. The first time some were brought out by a gentleman and that was very much appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t being put out in the ”time”. It was 0700 when we had ate everything just about it was empty. I had asked for ketchup and as the very nice lady got it she said “its under here” like this isn’t my home…

It was a very nice place to stay clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Our room was real nice. The only exception was there were no cups. We had to go down for cups. No soaps. Only soap was in dispensers. No shower caps are makeup removal towels would definitely stay again.
