It’s was good for a quick stop

These property i like every time I. Che ked in it was great bit these time I pulled my covers back blood wa as in the sheets and the mattre5 was dirty in mean dirty OMG NASTY

The room I had was very clean and quiet

I loved the bathroom it was emasculate! Just one issue the shower curtain had mold on the bottom

The room I was in was really great I just hated that I couldn’t smoke in the rooms but I see lots of hotels are making smokers outside . But other than that I’ll be back

Not worth

Absolutely nothing! The room was dirty. There was bedbugs, hair on the sheets, the toilet had poop in it, the shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was dirty, there was blood on the sheet and blankets.

They have a HUGE ROACH PROBLEM! Staff was nice and friendly but none of that matters when there is a roach infestation!! Find a cleaner hotel.

The room was filthy and in poor repair. The drawer handles were all rusted. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten and coming apart. The floor was sweating and I took a towel to dry the floor. When I wiped the floor, the towel became filthy.

The hotel was ok. For the most part, it was clean. The staff were very friendly. A little updating would be nice!!!

Everything was great!

Not much other than it had a bed. A/C did not work at all. TV didn't work most of the night. Room was dirty.

The breakfast was good. The ceiling in our room leaked and caused parts of it to fall down in the middle of the night.

Staff was great and the breakfast was decent There was coffee and a coffee maker but there was nothing to put the coffee in for it to make.

Room was FILTHY-crumbs under sheets, urine in toilet, soiled towels when we walked in! Ceiling cracked up and it smelled like must and mildew. Bought my own cleaning supplies and a throw blanket because we had nowhere else to stay. They went from 92/night to 324/ night due to graduation weekend and the cancellation date was 2 weeks before the stay so we were stuck there for both nights. It was too expensive for me to even try to find something else for the 2nd night because of the “delay it would take to cancel one of the nights”. Don’t stay here..like ever!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked.

We stayed at this hotel so we could attend the Morgan Wallen concert at Bryant-Denny Stadium on April 18, 2026. The hotel met all of our expectations and they didn’t jack up the prices because of the concert like a lot of other hotels in the area did.

We had an “Upgraded Room”. I would hate to see a regular room. It was nasty! There was a stain on the sheet, brown stuff on the shower walls, hair in the shower, the mini fridge was dirty and there was even a used contact lense stuck to the wall. Not to mention the smell in the room was bad. We were here for the Morgan Wallen concert so every room in town was sold out and we had already missed the time to cancel without paying or we would have slept in the car or driven to Birmingham. The employees were nice and friendly but that is the only good thing I can say about this place. NEVER AGAIN FOR US!
